To be fair they’ve been throwing the 23m figure around since 2000. I’m sure the album had sold 22m by the end of the 90s. Maybe another 9m is a stretch but they’ve picked up casual cd sales, downloads, vinyls and streams

I think if we ever got an anniversary album top 10/20 would be amazing as for Wannabe. I’d be happy if it was top 100, just to see a re entry again

Their YouTube channel has reached 950k subscribers. It reached 900k by the middle of May so that's another 50k in just 3 months. October will be the month they reach 1m subscribers and 1 billion views :cheer:

I don't know how I've missed it, as I've already read it, but "The Spice Girls at 25: Here's the story from A-Z" claims that the 1998 Spiceworld Tour was the highest-grossing girl group tour of all time. The article goes on to say it grossed $60m in the U.S. alone (£43m) not including the 52 dates across Europe and the 4 Stadium shows in September. We can be certain it was at least around the 100m mark, which means with inflation it would be $166m in today's money (using the inflation calculator) Top three girl group tours of all time must go - 1. Whether the song was any good or if it was even an album track, I truly believe that anything they released in 1997 in the UK would have gone to #1 they were so powerful at the time.
