As I posted a few weeks ago with the OCC article about the 'best selling Christmas songs', 2B1's current pure sales total is at 1.150m but back in 2017 it was at 1.140m that means it's done over 10k in pure sales in a three year period. I wonder how well their other singles have done over the last few years (Wannabe, SUYL) in comparison?

Probably my favourite song on the album along with In and Out of love. Your kind of limited during a pandemic but love the light effect against her in some of the shots

The last update for the 'VB' album was 53,938 and according to the OCC article this week about albums turning 20 in 2021 has the album at 54k now A Girl Like Me is also in the article but hasn't increased. Still at 127k sales. OCC

(If it continues to get approx 2 million streams per week it should hit 600m streams by July to coincide with its 25th anniversary) ‘Stop’ was certified Platinum in the UK in 2020, making the Spice Girls the only girl group to have their first 9 releases reach platinum. In 2020, the Spice Girls became the first ever girl group to have all of their singles from their first two albums reach platinum in the UK. ‘Spice’ crossed 3 million units in the UK in 2020 and is still the best selling girl group album of all time. Yes so happy. The fact that they're the second most streamed British girl group of all time with just 3 studio albums and 11 singles and have the most streams for a British girl group single is amazing Here's to 2021 and 2022 and breaking even more records.

Hi Jay, I sent you a message on Instagram in regards to the SG streaming. I also wanted to ask you if you knew what the single version of TLC's No Scrubs stream count was. The 'No Scrubs' and 'Wannabe' album versions on Spotify were pretty neck and neck for most of the year and now Wannabe has a 3m+ lead over No Scrubs. Would be great to see if they've overtaken. I have a few end of 2020 posts coming tomorrow. Not many, but a few :)

Yes it always seems to get lost now and again and number 1000 and something and with people downloading albums for Xmas it gets pushed down. Nice to see it in the Top 200. Would be great if it gets a boost for their 25th anniversary year as it has all the hits but would be nice if Spice got a nice boost of sales and streams in 2021.
