Thats terrifying. I can't even begin to understand these people! If it ends up that the McCanns were guilty of more than neglect and actually murder which it is looking more likely; well...I'm speechless - it's so disgusting!

Just because you think its cr** - it might still be a worthwhile opinion to someone else! That is my point. My point was in reference to the fact that people seem to think that anyone that disputes that the parents were to blame are completely and utterly wrong and not just wrong, but totally stupid for thinking so. I've still considered my argument just because I don't completely agree with general opinion. I like talking and debating current issues; I just think you've got to be tolerant of the other side and at least see where they are coming from! I thought that was the whole point of debate? :unsure:

the police are hardly likely to say anything today. Especially not until both parties have been interviewed. They will not make any comments to the press until they have sufficient evidence and arrests have been made. And remember guys - innocent until proven guilty.

Even if you intensely disagree with them, you have to at least humour them - not everyone agrees. Even if you think that their opinion is baseless and absolute cr*p you have to tolerate it. No wonder people keep saying they won't come in here and defend their opinion (although to be honest I would love it if they did - if they explained their thinking it would be better!) But they aren't going to post in here because they know they'll be crucified. I do not believe that the McCann's intended to hurt their child. I'm not denying that they acted incredibly irresponsibly and another life has suffered because of that. But I think that it was a mistake that had tragic consequences as opposed to a pre-meditated thing.

True. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion. We can all think what we want.

They'd already interviewed them once if not twice. They are being called back into the investigation.

I'm pleased that Chris and the gang get a bit extra - I always listen when I'm driving about in the morning. The others don't really affect me at all. I quite like the idea of an audience request show - otherwise I find that it is just the same tracks playing all week (I know they are bound to playing X number of A/B/C List tracks but still!)

I've been stopped by the Police (once because I was driving alone at 3.30 am on Boxing Day morning and they followed me (I wasn't speeding or driving dangerously) But they breathalised me - obviously had nothing better to do! And when I had a car accident I was breathalised again. But noone took any DNA either time. But then I wasn't speeding/drunk/breaking the law either time so I guess they had no reason to.

Me too - I can't help myself :lol: Especially when I start to say a Friends thing and a mate will finish it off for me :lol: Love it!

Well with our government privatisation is the way they would probably do it, but neither privatisation nor the government trying to do it would work! Like you say they can't keep track of who is meant to be in the country and who isn't let alone if we have all had DNA checks!

Now that would be a fashion statement!! :lol: I agree - if I were to break the law I could understand that they would take my DNA, but I don't see why they should have it when I've done nothing wrong! And to be honest, how are they going to do it logistically? Organising that sort of mass thing would be a nightmare! You can guarantee that those with criminal records may avoid it more than us!

There are some episodes from S3 that I love (like TOW the race car bed!!) but I agree it is probably my least favourite. I like series 1, 2, 7, 8 and 9 the best (Because I owned series 4, 5 and 6 for ages before I had the others I've watched them so much that I'm a bit bored of them at the moment!) Series 10 was just a bit forced and I couldn't stop thinking how final it was :(

They have to enforce it. It is a law - they have no choice in the matter. Every week the store I work in has at least one mystery shopper (which is essentially an under 18 shopper trying to buy alcohol sent by the authority to check that we deserve to keep our trading laws) and if we don't comply we are fined and if it keeps happening we lose our license to sell alcohol/cigarettes

I hate IDing people! It doesn't help that in my very oversized Tesco uniform I look about 12 so I get agro from customers!

I like the sci fi one - it stands out a lot more :D

I honestly am not sure that they will qualify. (I would love Northern Ireland to though ;) )
