But rumour has it Kelly didn't want to record Since U Been Gone either, i wish they'd find a middle ground

"Idol" champ Kelly Clarkson has used her music muscle against her record label head, Clive Davis -- and won! Well-connected record company sources tell TMZ that Clive likes to exercise "creative control" over artist recordings and wasn't happy at all with Kelly's latest album, "My December." There are unconfirmed reports Clive wanted to shelve the entire album. TMZ has confirmed that the 75-year-old music mogul asked for "significant" changes and wanted to put the brakes on the CD. But Clarkson wasn't having any of it -- especially since she wrote/co-wrote all the tracks on the record. Sources tell us that Clarkson stood up to him and flat out refused to give in, and in the end she got her way. Kelly Clarkson has reportedly scrapped her new album after label bosses weren't impressed with the record. The American Idol alum suffered a scathing attack from Sony BMG chief Clive Davis after he heard the new tracks, reports British newspaper the Daily Star. A source at the record company tells the paper, "It was an extraordinary presentation. Clive was absolutely merciless in his criticism of Kelly. She's one of the biggest priorities on the label and her new songs were savaged." We're not sure if the album is scrapped totally but Clarkson herself has spoken out publicly about her labels dislike of her new album. She produced and wrote the entire album herself, with her touring band.

Hardly a hoo-ha, i made 1 comment and posted the picture that is my wallpaper on my computer. I guess it was the fact that no-one seemed to know that it was a copy and paste job, when with most pictures of artists, it's pretty obvious

Oh and russ, it had nothing to do with your position on the leader board, i couldn't care less about it, hence all my entries being joke ones
