Australian Singles/Albums Charts - 31/12/07
this is odd, Believe again has dropped from number 6 to 11 (5 spots) this week still number 5 with physical sales but down one to number 14 on downloads here is something i do not understand. DON'T HOLD BACK by The Potbelleez was number 20 on physical sales compared with BA at number 5. on the downloads The Potbelleez were number 11 and BA was 14. so how were they number 10 and BA was 11? do downloads count more than physical these days? also THE WAY I ARE by Timbaland Feat. Keri Hilson is at number 6 on the overall. how does this work when the song isnt in the top fifty physical and is number 3 on downloads? shouldnt BA be higher in the overall chart?

New Zealand chart
ITL is starting to be played on NZ radio five weeks since its release :yahoo: it debutted at #10 this week! http://www.rianz.org.nz/rianz/chart.asp the song re entered the top forty last week and is up one spot to number 38 this week. i think she should do another promo tour to NZ while the song is growing and geting airplay

ITL set to be single of the year!
http://www.news.com.au/dailytelegraph/stor...5012327,00.html winning atm :yahoo: 34% SINGLE OF THE YEAR The contenders are: Straight Lines, Silverchair. The song every composer in Australia wish they had written this year. Just A Song About Ping Pong, Operator Please. The best sugar rush since scoffing a packet of Wizz Fizz. In This Life, Delta Goodrem. A soaring pop anthem which reaffirmed her Midas touch on the charts. Dear Mr President, Pink. A brave slice of musical politics which inspired debate and attracted no backlash. The Pretender, Foo Fighters. Screaming "Who are you?" while air-guitaring gave me ice-cream head pains. And the winner is Straight Lines; the song that just kept giving. John Butler. Grand National rocked, his guitar duel with Keith rocked and his good works showed everyone how to rock the planet. Daniel Johns. He sounds hot, he looks hot and he landed in hot water thanks to that joke about Bono, Garrett and a funny cigarette. Dave Grohl. The nicest man in rock delivered stellar music and learned the hard way - as I did - that shots are never a good idea at 2am. Timbaland. Reinvent Duran Duran. Tick. Launch the careers of OneRepublic and Keri Hilson. Tick. Madonna's calling. Tick. Justin Timberlake. Pashed Scarlett Johansson, danced like Gene Kelly, sang like Michael Jackson and was very nice to Rove.

well it looks set for BA to tumble down the charts. it was the number 6th best seller when i went into town today, only bad thing was that all the other singles above it had sold out! 'Delta' was at number 2 which is good news on the downloads i have noticed timberland has been 1 all week, followed by the veronicas. bleeding love by leona has shot up to number 3. Believe again has sat at 12 all week....

'Delta' japan release
ITL is only one CD but unlike the aust version it has both take me home and ITL acoustic ver on the one cd. looks like they are infact using the same ITL video, i thought it would be cool with them cartoon things... anyway on another not ITL has been voted the 4th hottest video clip of they year. :)

'Delta' japan release
from the official forum Hey guys, Just thought I'd pop in and update you on her Japanese side of music. The main news is that she's releasing her self-titled album "Delta" in Japan on the 20th of February. This will have a different cover to the Australian version (as you can see below) and will include 2 bonus tracks, "Breathe In, Breathe Out" and "Together We Are One". This will be the first time that "Breathe In, Breathe Out" will be available on CD format. The self-titled will cost ¥2,520 (the same as Innocent Eyes), which is equivalent to AU$26. Other things they talk about is that "In This Life" will be the opening theme song of the Japanese anime "Deltora Quest" from January until March. The last thing they mention is how Delta wrote Celine Dion's "Eyes On Me", which is on the album "Taking Chances" and that Delta does the backing vocals for it. Eyes on me will also be released in japan by celine Album Cover: http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b335/latefromparis/071221_delta.jpg 1. Believe Again/ビリーヴ・アゲイン 2.
