Delta debuts on New Zealand charts
Delta the album is at number 12. In This Life debuts at 31  *dies* but in saying this it was higher in the debut than sugababes(34) and pink(39) at looking at this most songs debut low and then move up the chart as the weeks go on

Delta Goodrem fulfils Melbourne Cup anthem dream  cYvZWINN908 http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b335/latefromparis/0573672500.jpg WHEN Delta Goodrem sings the national anthem at today's Melbourne Cup, she will fulfil a dream. During an exclusive photo shoot for the Herald Sun, Goodrem said she was nervous but thrilled to be in Melbourne to sing the anthem. "I have very fond memories of the Melbourne Cup," Goodrem said. "When we were in primary school I can remember in grades 4 and 5 stopping to watch the race. Everyone really got into it." Goodrem fancies Purple Moon, but she would have picked last year's winner Delta Blues if the horse had been running this year. "Delta Blues won last year and it seemed everyone but me had money on the horse," she said. "I had all my family and friends say how they won on the horse." Goodrem is on a high after her new album, Delta, went straight to the top of the charts. After the Cup she goes to Asia and then Europe for a March release of the new tracks. Then she hopes to do a nationwide tour of Australia.

Blackout debutes @# ? in Australia!!!
well no its not, look what she actually sold Eagles Knock Off Delta and Block Britney by Paul Cashmere - November 4 2007 'Long Road Out Of Eden', the first Eagles album in 28 years, has debuted at number one in Australia, dethroning Delta Goodrem in her second week and blocking Britney Spears from the top of the chart. The 'Long Road Out Of Eden' number one debut was made even more delightful by the fact that the album has received next to no airplay on the commercial radio networks in Australia. Despite the lack of airplay, it has roared in front of the hyped Britney and Delta releases. 'Long Road Out Of Eden' sold 14,719 units, Delta's 'Delta' did 12,186 and Britney's 'Blackout' sold 9987 units. The Eagles release also debuted at number one in the UK, ahead of Britney at number 2. However, Britney did hit number one in Ireland, ahead of Eagles at 4. Britney will take home the number one spot in the US later this week as 'Long Road Of Eden' will not qualify for the US chart. The Eagles album is sold exclusively through Wal-Mart in the United States. Wal-Mart brought 3 million units of the album to secure its exclusive deal. Wal-Mart is not required to supply Eagles sales figures to SoundScan to contribute to the chart.
