Yes, it is a really nice feeling to be proved wrong in this situation. :D
Basically, the songs I didn't need on the setlist I somehow shut down, the ones I love I really enjoyed, and the most important thing, the view was good. He is looking way better live. I can only imagine now how great he looked live back in 2006. The fact is that all those things you mind while watching YouTube videos, they are not that important when you're at the place!
Though, I'm not sure I'd be able to repeat thing like this again. It's pure torture. And I do go to concerts, but this was really extreme. During the concert and before, around five girls asked for medical help around me, that's how conditions were bad. Sun was shining like crazy, there wasn't any water near around...

It was so much better than I hoped for. :w00t:
Apparently we were one of the best crowds ever.  I know he says that a lot, but he really did write that on twitter and we sounded great on the radio.
I was quite close, 2nd row from fan pit, so it couldn't be better actually...
Couple of my photos:

Awwww Nada. You have lost your Robbie love :(
I actually agree with much of what you say though. Robbie is more of a 'performer' these days. Less of a 'rock/pop singer'. And I too lament this transformation. But I still really enjoyed the concert. You never know, maybe you will as well. If not, it's something to tick off your 'To do' list and you need never see his gold lame jacket again. Ever. :P
Oh and you should have done what I did. Avoided all tour videos and all tour reports. Then you wouldn't have had a clue what the jokes were going to be....
Nah, I still love him, at least the latest album. Loved O2 concert also, just now something is missing... I didn't watch that many videos, just a few... And you're right about 'to do' list... Also, about that jacket, it's the most lame thing ever.
Oh and for that five hours, hair had to be better, that's for sure.

Let's hope that's the way it's going to be for me also. :D
Oh, but I actually just watched videos from first concert of the tour and yesterday I accidentally run on that acoustic mix on tumblr, so I watched it. Shouldn't do that.
But, also, he as an artist need to make sure every performance is different in a greatest way possible. You can't make the same joke every night. You can't act the same every night. I don't mind the fact that I know balloons are coming up while he is singing Not Like The Others, but I do mind that he is the same every night. Maybe I got that impression because I really don't listen to pop music anymore and those artist I follow are actually that interesting live, but I also think Robbie used to be like that.

I'm going to see Robbie in a 4 days and I have like 10% of excitement. :( Almost everything I saw from this tour I don't like... I hate those shipped songs, dammit, sing a song properly. Sexed Up, which could be such a nice surprise is turned into a joke, Better Man is singed all over the place, just not as it's supposed to be... Not to mention stupid songs he sings. Everything he wears looks ridiculous, except on the part when he sings Feel and the end. Also, I can't believe you're stick to one clothes combination for the whole tour. The main problem is that his concert now looks like a Take That concert and to be honest, I never really listened to them to want to see them live. Maybe I'd be okay with this whole situation if I'm 16. No, I'd be happy with it in that case...
Oh, and I hate that I seem ungrateful, since I had to do a lot of things to make possible to even attend that concert. Bright side of the whole story - at the end, I actually WILL fulfill my teenage dream which I had for more than 10 years, so that must count, right?

 Well....... I won't throw anything at you :PI have to admit I didn't even know what song Minnie The Moocher was until I searched for it on youtube, recognised it straight away then, and yeah my reaction is pretty much the same as yours......wtf! I reckon it'll be on his next swing album.
I'll post more opinion once I've seen him next week, regardless of what setlist he does, he will put on a great show as always.
Oh, me and my spelling. :drama: Saw it now.
I'm sure for a great show, but I'm afraid what the concert will be like? :( That's what I was talking about. I will fulfill one of my life dreams by seeing him live for the first time, but I think I'm exactly 7 years late to the party. Not to say 10. :( I still like the album, so his current work, but I think he must sing better old songs. Which is interesting, he is trying so much more when it comes to the new ones.
Also, there isn't any available tickets for Austria. I'm wondering how full the place is going to be then...
Everybody have fun at their concerts! :cheer:

Nada is going to.......... Switzerland I think?
Not that far actually.
Austria, Vienna for me. B-)
I think I'll write a review when I get back. This was the forum where Robbie's love was growing for me and I feel it'd be right.
Though, don't trow something on me, but I will say it honestly... I think he's more showman than singer on this tour, based on a things I've seen so far (which is quite a lot). It's like he's doing Progress tour all over again on his own... That doesn't seem anywhere close to his previous great tours. And it's like he's not even trying to sing Angels properly. He is always missing 3 seconds in chorus. Not to mention quite shitty setlist, which doesn't even include Karma Killer or No Regrets (oh sorry, now you love them all, right?). Luckily there's Gospel. Also, Better Man is a nice surprise, but it could be performed better. He is really missing few classics on his setlist: Radio, Tripping, Different... I mean: Minnie the Moocher, are you f*king kidding me? :puke2: Everything Changes - seriously? Me and My Monkey - could have put two way better song instead that "story".
Okay, I'll stop now, but I could go on... I kinda wrote a review already... Should write that on official site, so that he can see. -_-

I realized that Gospel is the best one live of Take The Crown (well, so far, since Into The Silence haven't got that privilege to be played live yet...). Be a Boy is not even close to it. And now I'm glad that I can say that I like Not Like The Others more when I heard it live.
Gospel is so rock/pop, the way Robbie should go...
Sound is not perfect, but you get it how great it is.

Do you normally pay for things online using something like Paypal Nada?
I've only ever used a credit card or debit card for buying tickets through ticketmaster, payment comes out quite quickly after the
purchase even if the event is a long way off.
Believe it or not, Serbia still doesn't have paypal and we might get it in a future.
I might be able to afford a ticket, but if you need to pay right away, then hardly... :( I thought they charge it when they deliver it, or ship it... I'll look for that option...

So, I'm asking those of you who already have experience in all of this... How this sale on Friday will actually work? I need to have money on my bank account (which I use for buying things online, but it's not a credit card) that day already? I'm paying for the ticket on Friday, no matter when I will get it, or how...?

It must be soul destroying for you Nada. You've waited so long for him to arrange one measly concert in your part of the world. And still nothing. It is very unfair I think. :(
Thanks for caring Jups, nice of you. You know, it's not just that he is not coming to my country, it's all stupidly organized. If you just look at the Europe map, you can see how many places is he missing. And he is coming to Estonia? Are you f**king kidding me? No offense to their fans, but I really think Spain, France, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Greece, Romania and even Ireland deserve to see him... What is about giving multiple concerts to one country? Craziest thing ever! He is doing 6 in UK and 5 in Germany (if I counted well) of 17 concerts. That's a SHAMEFUL world (world? haha, what? :puke2: ) tour.
