Whilst I really love the storyline, I think as a live video it wouldn't work as well, and possibly come across as a 'Toxic Pt. 2', albeit a more sinister 'Blackout' type 'Toxic' I'd have love to have seen something similar to 'The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe'. Not the same story, but in a similar setting, with Britney attempting to literally "break the ice" with some kind of Snow King. I realise snow / ice is all quite literal, but shot-wise in my head it'd look stunning.

So 'Break The Ice' seems to be topic of discussion of late on here. It certainly seems like the most marmite of her singles. It's one of my absolute faves, and I also love the video. eQFIKP9rGhQ As the only video that doesn't feature Britney and one that I thinks slips under the 'radar' of any kind of comments of love or hatred due to it being anime. I pose this question to you all.. - If Britney was on top form and you had the chance to direct this video.. What would you have done? Would you have kept the same storyline and gone for an irl version of it? Or something completely different? Whilst on the topic: Do you think the video hindered 'Break The Ice' in its chart performance? Are you gutted the 'to be continued' hasn't been continued? If you were to 'continue' from the songs released since which would you choose and what would happen?

nice to see Delphic getting some love :wub:! At the time i was completely shocked that it'd won, with male vocalists winning being completely unheard of. Despite them being on BBC sound of, i'm pretty sure no one commented on their threads on here at the time. 2010 was a good year for me :D! Also surprised myself that i managed to host twice and complete it! :lol: It's been nice listening to some old songs, i forget how great 'shark in the water' is. It's making me want to rejoin, but i'm not sure how my musical tastes align these days with the current countries. sidenote: I don't suppose anyone still has Rosanna 'Gameboy' hidden away on their itunes, or can even find it anyhwere online? It's the song i have least memories / connections with i guess, i guess it's a nostalgia thing and it's not had the time all the others have. Plus the video is shit and really put me off the song. The horns in 'Slumber Party' trump 'Make Me' on the whole though! I have been attempting to do my top fifty britney songs to post as a thread (and as a way of trying to buy myself some relevance on this place again / interact with people because i seriously don't know who anyone one is anymore).
