14 Sugababes 'Freak Like Me' 307 points dSAGsiVSoeE 21/36 votes /// Highest voters: ▲▲▲ (28 points); 152chris, THEO. & JakeWild (24 points) 13 Spice Girls 'Spice Up Your Life' 311 points 9wfpXI5PKlw 19/36 votes /// Highest voters: superbossnova & ~Jay~ (30 points); Aphrodite (28 points); AdamAloud (27 points) The top song from Sugababes 2.0 (eg: when they were amazing) is 'Freak Like Me' at 14. It's the first song with Heidi and literally the video has her introduction down to a tee (although it probably didn't really help with all the bullying allegations that seemed to follow the Sugababes no matter what line up). The song itself is definitely on of their best, certainly their best #1. They really were one of the 'coolest' girl groups at that time and this song still sounds as amazing as it did at the time of its release. They now only have one song left, 'About You Now'. 'Spice Up Your Life' is at 13. The song and video defines pretty much what the world was like when it was released, literally 'Spiceworld'. 'Spice Up Your Life' is also one of my favourites from them, such a good song and actually always puts me in a good mood. There is so much happening in the song, but it all seems to work together. The girls have two songs left, one a piece from 'Spice' and 'Spiceworld'. Poor brave 'Forever'! ON A SIDE NOTE: Does Victoria put her middle finger up at 2:12 in the video?!

I've only started loving it in the past couple of years. They have some really average songs left which is unfortunate as the likes of 'Sexy! No No No' and 'The Show' are absolute GEMS.

16 Shakespear's Sister 'Stay' 293 points xvisRBWnews&NR=1 16/36 votes /// Highest voters: Jonjo & Tirren (30 points); Shoat (29 points); tonyttt31 (28 points) 15 Girls Aloud 'Sexy! No No No...' 297 points cZlttVuTgqY 15/36 votes /// Highest voters: Lukuzz & Adam Aloud (30 points); Hayzayy (27 points); Lewis! & Slick (26 points) 'Stay' by Shakespear's Sister is at 16! The highest placed song by an artist with only one song in the countdown. The song has a revival due to Cher Lloyd singing it on X Factor, but before then had a monster 8 week run at the top of the UK charts. The video is hilarious, and the parody of it done by French & Saunders always leaves me in stitches. 'Stay' is from the amazing named album 'Hormonally Yours'. I'm glad it's got this high despite not actually voting for it myself as it's nice to see a song that isn't by All Saints, Girls Aloud, The Saturdays or Spice Girls doing well! Now this is out, only t.A.T.u have a song left which isn't from the aforementioned girl groups! The first of the SEVEN (ridiculous I know) Girls Aloud songs in the top 15 is 'Sexy! No No No...', which is actually my favourite from the ones of theirs left. I didn't realise it was quite so loved as has been here! This is roughly where I put it in my own votes and it's my second fave from them. It's a shame it's below some of their more distinctly average songs. HAI 'The Promise' and 'Biology'.

18 Spice Girls 'Wannabe' 271 points gJLIiF15wjQ 19/36 votes /// Highest voters: JackJones (28 points); Lewis! (24 points); hopper & 152chris (21 points) 17 The Saturdays 'Ego' 291 points 93iIib5oLOw 16/36 votes /// Highest voters: shadow09 & LeeWallace (27 points); JackJones (26 points); Lukuzz (25 points) So at 18 we have the biggest selling song on this countdown, the lead single 'Wannabe' from the Spice Girls. I really do wish I'd have given this more points after just watching the video. Possibly one of my favourite videos actually and the song is an absolute classic. Having said this, it's not my favourite Spice Girls but it really is the definition of a fabulous girl group song. 'Wannabe' is the 2nd most popular from their debut album, with '2 Become 1' still to come. They also have two more songs to come from 'Spiceworld'. The Saturdays first of their two songs to make it into the top 20 comes in a 17. 'Ego' is actually a very good song and I enjoy it rather a lot. I'm very glad both this and 'Up!' are their top two songs. 17th feels maybe a bit too high for this, but what do you expect on Buzzjack?

20 Sugababes 'Hole In The Head' 244 points Lf0tUnUB27I 17/36 votes /// Highest voters: superbossnova (28 points); NickF1 (25 points); GirlOverboard (24 points) 19 All Saints 'Never Ever' 250 points Vx6DtgW_uh0 14/36 votes /// Highest voters: Shoat & hoppers (28 points) AaronTM & superbossnova (29 points); We kick off the top twenty with lead single from Sugababes best album (imo) 'Three'. 'Hole In The Head' was their third of six number ones, and probably one of their best! Although two of their #1 singles are still to come! This is a good position for this song, although with the songs that are left, I'd have liked to have been higher. All Saints third entry is at #19. It was the groups first #1, and took NINE weeks to make it to the summit. It sold 770,000 of the 1.2m copies it sold were before its week at #1, which I believe is some kind of record. I was hoping this would be a few places higher and at least break the top fifteen. All Saints have one song left in the shape of 'Pure Shores' which has been predicted by quite a few of you to be the winner.

Blow Me (One Last Kiss) [Single Thread]
they still are ridiculous on 1+1. Although it provided an hours worth of entertainment with one of my housemates taking the piss out of it :D I agree with this to an extent. P!nk is very safe with the songs she releases. I wasn't overly fussed for either of the singles from the Greatest Hits, especially 'Perfect', which is a bit dire. I want more songs like the 'Try This' singles :(

Amelia Lily - You Bring Me Joy
Definitely agree! It really isn't 'generic'. I like how pretty clean cut pop it is! No featuring rapper or some stupid dubstep breakdown slapped on towards the end to make it sound current. It's a very solid pop tune and isn't really following the trend of what is popular right now. I really hope it does well.

(26 points); Shoat (25 points) 21 Girls Aloud 'Untouchable' 237 points QDdBRF0MXig Highest voters: Ghosty. (30 points); GirlOverboard (25 points); shadow09 & Leonardo (24 points) In this section we lost two Girls Aloud songs, one of their worst and best. 'Love Machine', which I actually bought on CD is now one of my least favourite GA songs, is at 25. At 21 however is one of their best and last single 'Untouchable'. The radio edit does not do the song justice, but the 6 minute version is all kinds of amazing. This leaves GA with SEVEN songs in the top twenty!! I do love how ridiculous Buzzjack is when over a third of the last twenty songs are from one group. En Vogue's sole entry is at 24, I'm surprised this isn't a little bit higher, most of my friends named this as one of the classic girl group songs. And at 23 is one of the finest moments from the Spice Girls, 'Say You'll Be There'. Not only is it an amazing song, it has an amazing video, from Victoria being called Midnight Miss Suki to Melanie C's RIDICULOUS hair style. It's all fabulous. It should have really been in the top ten. At 22 is Sugababes with 'Too Lost In You', one of my fave girl group ballads.

30 Girls Aloud 'The Show' 202 points eGUIE844hxk Highest voters: Gezza7T6 (30 points); AlexRange (25 points); Lukuzz (24 points) 29 Sugababes 'Run For Cover' 205 points cT_Fazsba6M Highest voters: JakeWild (28 points); NickF1 & ▲▲▲ (27 points); Shoat & Casey__ (24 points) 28 Mis-teeq 'Scandalous' 207 points CzJ-_tWFXrA Highest voters: C.W & Lewis! (27 points); THEO. & NickF1 (22 points); Randomfurlong (18 points) 27 The Saturdays 'Higher' 208 points eEnz3r2F-Bw Highest voters: LeeWallace, Liam & Shadow09 (30 points); Jonjo (28 points) 26 Spice Girls 'Who Do You Think You Are?' 209 points -YriinrRGug Highest voters: AdamAloud & Slick (29 points); ~Jay~ (28 points); Thermometer & Leonardo (27 points) So this group of five are seperated by a mere seven points. First at 30 is Girls Aloud with one of their best songs, in the shape of 'The Show', it's nice to see it getting some love, as it always seems to be overlooked for 'Love Machine', which is pretty dire these days. At 29 is 'Run For Cover', and the best performing song from Sugababes 1.0. In my eyes one of the BEST songs they've released. <3 Sugababes still have four songs left, three from 2.0 and one from 3.0. 'Scandalous' was the sole representative for Mis-teeq in this countdown and has achieved a pretty great place of 28! Of the acts that only have one song in the countdown, it comes in 3rd place! Next is The Saturdays 'Higher', which in the opening twelve sets of votes looked like it was going to be definite contender for a top ten place, however the votes dried towards the end and it has to settle for 27. Spice Girls are back at 26 with 'Who Do You Think You Are?', a double A-side with 'Mama' which didn't make it through to this round :( (I have a new found love for 'Mama' over the past few weeks). I'm surprised 'Who Do You Think You Are?' isn't in the top twenty, I always had it down as a general Spice fave, although not personally. They have five songs remaining!

WUT. The high pitched vocals are one of the best bits. I like the song, pretty similar to what I was expecting. I always forget just how much I like P!nk <3

Hollyoaks //
I expect Mercedes will find out it's Dr. Browning and he'll attempt to kill her, but then the whole Texas / Silas thing seems a bit pointless so I'm more than likely wrong. I love it when soaps have a Dr. in them, they're always such wacko characters.

Snoop Dogg "California Gurls" 03+ Eminem "The Real Slim Shady" 02+ Pink "So What" 01+ Arctic Monkeys "I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor" Top five is AMAZING. The top three include some of my favourite songs ever. My twenty really does weaken in the lower half. It really wasn't a struggle to whittle this down to twenty.

Obviously I love this. She could sing the alphabet to me and I'd love it. Not keen on the Tinie rap though :( Pretty song nonetheless, I like the original anyways, beautiful song. The second album cannot come quick enough for me.

'Echo' • Second Album
'I Got You' (despite never actually knowing what she's saying in the chorus ), 'Broken', 'Brave' are all GEMS. Definite 10 out of 10 moments. 'Naked' is also very good too and 'Happy' has grown on me a lot more this the release. I only really realised from when 'Collide' was released and I went back to listen to 'Echo' just how good it actually is and how much I do love Leona <3

The Presets 'Pacifica'
59VaXUt-yMg ! I'm so glad they're finally back after like four years. 'Apocalypso' is such an amazing album. I'm enjoying the new song, it's not quite as good as 'My People' or 'This Boy's In Love' for me quite yet, but I do like it a lot. Album: Pacifica is out 7th September

As for the song itself, it's okay, certainly not good enough for no. 35 imo. 'Survivor' is the last song from Destiny's Child to feature, it is at 34, it's probably my third favourite from them. I did expect them to feature with at least one song in the top 20, but obviously not! I'm shocked to see Girls Aloud 'No Good Advice' at 33, whilst being a good song, is it REALLY that good?! 'Push The Button' is at 32, I've always found this the most overrated Sugababes song, it probably wouldn't even feature in my top ten of their back catalogue. Possibly the biggest shock for me so far is 'Black Coffee' coming in at 31. I really thought this would be a contender for at least top 15, but it's not to be. They still have two extremely good songs in the shape of 'Never Ever' and 'Pure Shores' to come.

Spice Girls are at 39 with one of their weaker songs, imo, and the song that broke their run of consecutive #1s. TLC's last song in the countdown, and their best, is 'No Scrubs' which I personally thought would be more popular and be in the running for a top 20 placing is at 38. 'Lose My Breath' makes it to 37 and leaves Destiny's Child with just one more song left in the shape of 'Survivor'. The Veronicas 'Untouched' is at 36, I'm majorly impressed with how well they have done after receiving just THREE points in the first thirteen votes.
