  1. I’ll explain later thank u Just let me say this. Regardless of my comment saying Madonna was out of line... it’s only because she has NOTHING to prove. She’s sold the most, broken records over the best and most respected in the industry. Has reinvented herself like the master of the trade that she is. NO one can take that away from her except herself. But, she is doing that here. Gaga’s launching image was influenced heavily by Madonna mostly, but also Annie Lennox, Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, Grace Jones amongst more. Born This Way she admits to the production influence but really Madonna turned a huge moment for the gay community into a press release about her. Gaga used the pendulum of her peak to celebrate loving yourself being gay and being proud. Madonna couldn’t just take it as a stride in knowing hey I influenced a female to celebrate not only herself but the community that put her on the map. Madonna killed it with Hung Up and yes she smashed it it’s my favorite track released that year. But did you hear ABBA going on and on about how their sample was responsible for her having a major reprise in her career? How about Britney going off and on about how she originally recorded telephone but turned it down before Gaga? This is shit you see the likes of Taylor Swift ignoring as its not cute for her tact as a business woman that depends on respect as a formula for her success. And this is why we cant have nice things If Britney could let Justin Timberlake dog her to the media and use their breakup as a launching pad to his solo career after failing to be a smash hit with his first attempt... If Michael Jackson can have the very people in business knocking off his work while telling the press lies for profit. IF KESHA CAN WISH HER EX PRODUCER WELL AFTER ASSAULTING HER... Madonna can let Lady Gaga continue to be exactly what she markets herself to be and that is a high caliber take on a perspective fueled by the pop culture that created it. Enough of these Stan wars. I love Britney Spears to death. Her struggles and music saved my life. We should be focusing on what Gaga’s role in ASIB and her (IMO) respectful, positive and overwhelmingly well matured behavior as a human being is shaping those who watch her. NOT if Madonna is getting enough attention for saying a known phrase in a career spanning almost half a century. To bring up my girl Britney again... her brand is still thriving because of her reputation to be a kind person. And the wonder is how could such a shallow figure be so human. Madonna used Britney to hype herself up. And she did it by bringing two generations together and them wowing us with an original concept and visual illustration of pop culture. Xtina skipped for Justin’s reaction, Mary j bilge telling xtina she will never touch Britney’s success even if she has the voice because she’s not humble (demanded a kiss on the hand from blige), Beyoncé fan girling cute af when Britney came out while Avril Lavigne, Kelly osbourne, And Timberlake look on with disgust to contrast Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Snoopdogg and the cast for queer eye dying from excitement. That’s real entertainment. Madonna just doesn’t have America’s girl next door to stem off of like Britney to extend her career another 3 albums. Embrace the culture of today without acting like it needs an autugraph from your iconic yet conceited Lisa Frank acting ass.
  2. BOW DOWN ITuOddPeYoc I mean honestly. No one can beat Britney at her peak when it comes to beauty, charisma and just being the TOTAL embodiment of the X Factor. No choreography. One Harley a band with a mic set and Britney Spears just being the peak of perfection and an example to today’s lot of popsters. You may be able to carry a tune live. But none of them compare to this vision of entertainment. GIVE IT AN EMMY.
  3. What’s Gucci my friends? The best pop album of 2016. Her fifth best album (I Stan all 9 except Britney jean... ily work Bitch perfume and alien). So Blackout, than In The Zone, Femme Fatale, Britney, Circus, the lovely Glory, Oops, BOMT and then Brenda Joan. Justice for JUST LUV ME. MOODRING AND MAN ON THE MOON. That’s some of the best work of her entire career, you could say Glorious. Alright rate coming soon. Bye.
  4. Yes. Let’s. Britney is bringing on the wig snatching and got old haters relapsing. Clumsy arguments fueled by insecure self hatred and the inability to grasp that more than one perspective exists. Wait. That’s the show remix name of Clumsy, right? Or was it Clumsy (saidlittlebitchyoucantf***withmeifyouwantedtoo Piece Of Me Tour Remix). LOOK AT THIS ICON 6Pf3JIoiBlw
  5. I’m sure. If they really cared about her they would have not released ‘Circus’... she just suffered a serious psychotic break and she had released her comeback album, 2 major singles and went on the biggest tour of her career thus far in the span of a year from that happening. She was told that her mapped out promo plan would end after the singles collection and it didn’t. When time for Jive to release the last album they could squeeze out of her they completely overhauled all her work and replaced it with Luke and Martin. We still haven’t heard the tracks Danja did with her for that project. Then X Factor, which she never wanted to be a part of... she was forced by her team and father because they were paying her a record breaking amount. Then Britney Jean where she doesn’t sing in half the album. But good for her. She refused to lay down vocals for demos she disliked and there was even reports of her leaving the studio after 2 hours looking pissed and guess who came in after Myah Marie. Her team and her father drove that passion out of her. And there was nothing she could do about it because the thing that saved her from the brink became the very thing they dangled in front of her face to keep her going along with it. That’s some shady shit. And I honestly feel bad for supporting the FF era. The sadness behind her eyes during that era is deafening.
  6. You’re the one making this personal instead of discussing the topic at hand. You’re giving yourself way too much credit in thinking I thought about you or your opinion past typing that post which literally took me a couple minutes to type. And I’m not a contestant on “Pleasing The Fickle & Hypocrotical”. Save the dramatic bullshit for a member that makes more than 5 posts a month. I’d critique you but you do enough of that to yourself as it is. Get well soon.
  7. Ok well man up dude, because I’m not a moderator anymore and I’m just equally voicing my opinion. Are my points invalid? With that being said. I would think you’d be used to encountering a counterpoint? looking at how you whole heartedly share your opinions on things with no holding back or much of a care if your perspective differs from another. Why is it upsetting that you have to read and dissect a response to your statement over a subject that I’m not only passionate but also knowledgeable about... a statement where only the first two paragraphs apply to you. Or did you bother to read it before posting your response. I don’t know if you missed the memo babe, but being a huge Britney fan is sorta my thing. Strap on your boots and don’t try to limit my expression of a point because you simply can’t understamd it, or can’t find the free time to grasp it enough to continue a discussion. Xx
  8. Britney uses album launches as a way to oil the machine that is making her hand over foot. Vegas and keeping her name out there as a great performer. Which needed quite a bit of damage control from her performances from 2011-2014. The difference is that Pitbull has collaborated with several people not necessarily for the quality of music, but for the sake of having hits. Is that really the vibe you get from Britney when she has released anything post 2011? She created an empire that was much more sustainable than Pitbull’s entire career with her first three albums. My point being that she’s obviously A OK with her music not being at the top of the charts, or being anywhere close to the IT girl anymore. If anything her happiness has continued to expand because she is not a topic of discussion. So, I’m not sure why we are having this argument over charts when it should be about the quality of music released. And glory is one of her best albums of her career. If anyone is to judge anything about Britney Spears it should most definitely not be Tim as he hasn’t even listened to her last couple albums. I just fail to see why y’all come up into discussions just to be negative when all you really do is sound discount petty and you don’t even give two shits and a lamb chop about the artist or their music. Sounds tragic. Not you, Regina. Just Tim. If nobody cared about Britney sweetie, she’d be where Christina is. Aka not touring in over 12 years. Let’s give credit to the fact that Britney’s chart power has diminished because she doesn’t f***ing promote worth a shit outside of America. Still sells out tours worldwide tho. When will Pitbull sell out a worldwide tour while being half asleep on the Femme Fatale tour. He didn’t. And his residency is already coming to a planned end because no one can pack that shit out like Britney. Including Mariah, JLO, etccccc. Bye,
  9. Wtf is this bull shit nonsense. Get this shit out of my face. The GP does not look at Britney the same way they look at Pitbull. It’s equivalent to saying Madonna is a has been just like Debbie Gibson a year after American Pies release. The difference is that Britney is a well fueled brand that trumps Pitbulls cultural existence with perfumes alone. One has multiple Guinness world records and sold upwards of 150 million records and the others greatest contribution is rapping with Kesha about trees falling down. Let us not and say we did.
  10. Wanna taste forbidden fruit & seal it with a kiss... ahooooooouuuuooooohhh.
  11. It’s the worst song on Glory. With that being said, I enjoy every track on the album.
  12. Hopefully it’s A LOT better than ‘Clumsy’. If it’s a bop with a video as impressive as ‘Slumber Party’ we could possibly see her score her another top ten in the States... assuming video and GMA performance all happens for promo on its debut week.
  13. ANOTHER INSIDER: As I've said here once, I have a friend who always gives me some exclusive information about Britney, and since Britney became part of the Epic Rights team the marketing agency where my friend works began to provide services to Epic and he started send me some news. Regarding all these rumors, he told me that they will release a buzz single to promote the tour. The track had already been introduced to Britney about three years ago when she was still recording Glory. The pictures she posted with the dancers were at the place where the video was recorded. He told me that people who were in the location of the video said that the single sounds like 'Clumsy' but a little less EDM. The video and song will be out together on June 22 and she may be at the GMA to promote the song and talk about the tour and the next steps in her career. I asked him if the song was called Apple pie/Apple tree or if it had any relation with apples, and he answered me back with an apple emoji. WHO KNOWS.
  14. Tyler posted a post in a topic in Britney Spears's Britney Spears
So beautiful. 11/10 for me. The last Britney song to really get me through some tough shit.
  15. According to an insider via popjustice: Apple Pie is not real and she’s barely started recording. Expect a single post Summer. Insider does have some footing as he has put us in the know over a couple of things.
  16. ALL THESE VIEWS AND HARDLY ANY COMMENTS IS WHY A BITCH STOPPED TRYING.
  17. Chart wise... yeah. She stills sells out shows tho, so...

  19. ALL EYES ON ME - BRITNEY SHATTERS RECORDS WORLDWIDE (whenwillyourfave...notyoumadonnafans) A week after The Circus Britney Spears was announced, 400,000 tickets were purchased for the North American shows, which prompted promoters to add seven more dates in Los Angeles, Toronto, New Jersey, Chicago, Long Island, Anaheim and Montreal. Due to demand in the UK, six more shows were added to the initial two, selling more than 100,000 tickets in a week. Spears performance at the American Airlines Arena broke the attendance record previously held by Celine Dion, with a crowd of 18,644 people. The first North American leg, which was sold out, resulted in an average of 20,498 tickets per show and a gross of $61.6 million, becoming the highest grossing tour of the first semester of 2009 in the continent. In addition, the tour grossed $13 million from the London, Manchester and Dublin shows, with a total gross of $74.6 million, ranking as the third highest grossing tour worldwide. The Copenhagen show at Parken gathered 40,000 people, Spears's largest audience since her 2002 concerts in Mexico City. The second North American leg was also sold out, with a gross of $21.4 million and it was reported that the tour had grossed $94 million. Her first three shows in Melbourne were also sold out. The four shows at Acer Arena in Sydney sold 66,247 tickets, making Spears the highest selling act ever in the arena. The tour was ranked at number seven on Billboard's Top 25 Tours of 2009, with a previously reported gross of $94 million. However, only 70 of the 97 shows were counted. The Circus Starring Britney Spears also made Spears rank at number twenty one on the Top Touring Artists of the Decade, becoming the youngest artist in the list and also the fourth female artist, behind Madonna, Celine Dion and Cher. The tour was also ranked as the fourth highest grossing tour of the year in North America, becoming the highest grossing tour of the year by a solo artist. In February 2010, Pollstar released their Top 50 Worldwide Concert Tours of 2009. The tour ranked as the fifth highest-grossing tour, worldwide, of the year, with a gross of $131.8 million. qO4ykolH0Hk ITp58IfOb1k THE BEST INTERLUDE OF ALL TIME OqMZPI9tDT8 The womanizer performance is so underrated. 20. Can we appreciate what is easily one of the most extravagant tours of the 2000’s Your favorite number? Favorite outfit? Favorite interlude? Fans definitely took her for granted here. Not as much choreography but this was the last time we would see her move so fluidly and effortlessly in touch with her body, until literally a couple months ago. The Circus Starring Britney Spears was the seventh concert tour by American singer Britney Spears. It was launched in support of her sixth studio album, Circus (2008). Rumors of a tour arose as early as October 2007, after Spears released her fifth studio album Blackout; however, it was cancelled due to unknown reasons. The tour was officially announced in December 2008, with dates for American and British venues revealed. The stage was composed of three rings and set in-the-round to resemble an actual circus. Fashion designers Dean and Dan Caten created the costumes. A giant cylinder screen was set above the stage to showcase videos and backdrops. Effects were provided by Solotech. Magician Ed Alonzo joined Spears during the second act. The setlist was composed generally from her albums In the Zone, Blackout and Circus. Spears announced she would tour Australia for the first time in June 2009. Start date -March 3, 2009 End date -November 29, 2009 Legs -4 No. of shows -14 in Oceania -22 in Europe -61 in North America -97 total Attendance -1.5 million Box office -US $131.8 million ($150.34 in 2017 dollars) The Circus Starring Britney Spears was described as a "pop extravaganza". It was divided into five segments. The Circus featured a metamorphosis of Spears from as a ringmaster to a slave, while being surrounded by different performers. House of Fun (Anything Goes) displayed a series of upbeat numbers with different themes, including magic and military. It ended with a Bollywood-inspired performance and a ballad in which Spears performed while floating on a giant umbrella. Freakshow/Peepshow featured a video interlude set to heavy metal music, and continued with dark and sexual performances. Electro Circ displayed energetic dance routines, and the encore consisted of a video montage of Spears's music videos and a police-themed performance. Some changes were made to the show throughout the tour. Several songs were remixed; Spears also performed "Mannequin" in selected European shows and covers of Duffy and Alanis Morissette songs on some North American dates. The Circus Starring Britney Spears generated positive to mixed reception from critics. While some praised its aesthetics and deemed it as an entertaining show, others criticized Spears' lack of involvement during some segments. The tour was a commercial success, with a total gross of $131.8 million. This made The Circus Starring Britney Spears one of the highest-grossing tours of the decade. A great number of tickets were sold within a week of the tour's announcement, which prompted supporters to add more dates. The tour also broke attendance records in many cities and all the North American shows were sold out. It became the fifth highest grossing tour of 2009. 21. All the queens will cite this as being bad because they equate quality with chart success. The entire ‘Glory’ album is supremely underrated and it’s in her holy trinity for me. f*** some sales, I’m just glad she rebounded from the mess that was ‘Britney Jean’.
  22. That hairstyle is so tragic on her.
  23. It would be quite a waste to not release the first single while she tours. It’s a guaranteed hard push for radio and streaming... which we need. I would expect B10 to drop in October when she released BOMT 20 years ago.
  24. Britney wasn’t even a part of the case. Will I flop is just mentioning her name to get a pr ride as no one gives a flying shit about him.
