I thought it was great. It seemed like a subtle initiation for the album release countdown. I liked that it was toned down, especially with the eye assault of a video LWYMMD. At 2:00 in. I just want the next single she releases to get a major performance like this, EXACTLY and I can die happy as a fan. HOE is such an important piece to the album. It’s mellow and euphoric production along with her cooed vocals let you appreciate the true grit of the overall album. It’s probably one of my lesser faves on the piece and it’s still a solid 10/10 in my book.
