  2. So right now we are mostly between Like A Virgin and You Oughta Know. Let's all remember; MZZm6oHc2gA XxtL43ddBwM They are both vocally strong. LAV is strong in the sense that Britney covered the same song next to Christina and proves that you don't have to have a stronger voice to execute a better cover. You Oughta Know is just something you can show a Britney hater universally and they are all impressed.

  4. We should not have to witness another single. Like, ok I'm obviously a hater (not until this album though and I still enjoy all her previous albums). But, you'd think it be clear to her and her team to move on. Re release it, do somethin'. Fix it Jesus.
  5. Chart bitch

  7. I've just realized how much I adore 'Back To December'. It's so beautiful. This rate has also made me realize how strong her discography is. Such a well made progression in maturity and adopting new styles of pop to her country roots. Bravo. Omg. Am I a fan? Wtf.
  8. Dirrty. Rip to our last standing Xtina stan. Gone but not forgotten.
  9. OMG. I find it so crazy this is 30 years old. My mom was such a stan I knew this song by the age of 3 and it was released 3 years before my birth. It's like when you think that there's active members on this board that we're in the womb when hung Up released.
  10. KISSS IT BETTA I'd rate both an 8/10 Man Down is a solid 10/10 when high at the beach though. Don't be a bummer.
  11. Also! Do we think that this might get an actual release of some sort? I feel like Taylor and her team are the best at taking down unofficial streaming links, including mash ups. It peaks my interest that this has gone viral and she's yet to take it down, especially with it just being released. Wishful thinking.
  12. Theo! So good to see you around! Hope you are well. ❤️
  13. Colm drawing inspiration from my Facebook page. ❤️😜 I like this now, because of this. And also I'm a petty bitch and Team Taylor with the calling out c**ts of pop. Video was messy at first but the mashup really helped me to see her vision. I appreciate her making POP interesting. Also, I'm over ppl talking shit about her when no one else is getting ragged for singing/talking about her. Girl power Bitch. Do it.
  14. Glory is an exceptional album that lacks that one groundbreaking 11/10 Britney smasher. Where it's unequivocally Britney and wouldn't be the same if released by another one of her respected peers. It's equivalent to 'Britney Jean' being released without 'Work Bitch' and 'Alien' being the lead single. Brilliant track, don't get me wrong but not iconic without hardly even trying (MM's video makes Katy Perrys Swish Swish seem tolerable and that HURTS ME.) Hold It Against Me - Amazing video with such intelligent symbolism it brought non fans into the hype just for that fight scene and the discussion of conspiracy theories. Gimme More - probably one of the most authentic visuals of her entire career. What was once seen as a train wreck has become a monumental piece of pop culture. Womanizer - Toxic part 2 enough said MATM - Madonna and that choreography following the kiss. Perfect. Slave - Iconic. No explanation. Oops - see Slave BOMT - this video and her concept not only birthed an icon, it birthed a brand and is the main reason Britney will always be relevant to pop music. Glory is an experimental slice of Britney as a musician in the modern age. Something we haven't been served since 'In The Zone'. However. Britney is an icon and loved for her visuals and how she breathes life into pop music, that she may have not even had a hand in writing. All of those tracks I listed above are iconic because of the presentation of the music. Catholic school girl outfit, red catsuit, underwear on top of leather pants, naked body covered in diamonds, brunette stripper, naked in sauna, fight scene against herself, Vegas showgirl in the desert with f***ing sharks swimming around her in a pool. A Britney era is not a Britney era without the visual and the album was a waste. David LaChapelle being thrown to the curb for the sake of ad space is the worst thing to happen to Britney's career. The imagery has taken a back seat for profit. And that's what happens when Britney no longer cares enough to fight her label tooth and nail to have her videography look the way it does and I guarantee you the only reason she slayed the SP video was because she knew they f***ed her project up and fans were disappointed. Which was her basically saying "like ok f***ing listen to me I know what my fans want." RCA has been killing her career since she went under them. The Perfume video, Make Me. Like? Embarrassing. This is Britney Spears. A personal and innovative album holds no weight when it has no identity. Britney at her worst and dead for 20 years is still more innovative then what RCA is plugging in. There were talks of her making it a visual album with anime visuals! It's like... are y'all trying to kill her career? Break The Ice was a cult hit and still holds a following waiting for the continuation of that. There you have time for Vegas, a project completed and time for Britney to do what she holds most dearly... being an amazing mother to her kids. It's like how do you watch 'Make Me' or 'Perfume' videos and almost want to die of boredom, but she's serving LIFE along with biscuits on Will.I.Am's remix video. Where guess what, Britney's concept of doing something that's not so formulated to try and be BRITNEY. Britney sold this remix better than the entire Glory album. And you can tell in her EYES when she's presenting herself the way she WANTS to be presented. lEKOWKcUxdU But, no one listens so I guess I'd give up the fight too. Or at least say "f*** a third single, and f*** y'all too."
  15. I'm still angry about lucky and idk if I'll ever recover. BTMYH because it DOESN'T FIT THE MOOD ANY LONGER.

  17. IT IS THOUGH BRITNEYS SCREAMS TOWARDS THE END. Yassss. Like put this on iTunes. Thanks.
  18. It is stellar and I don't even like the original cut of the Taylor song! Just made a topic about it as it's going viral!
  19. hcY2QZbpcL0 This has gone viral. And we all know I'm a sucker for mashups. TOXIC SAVED THIS FOR ME TBH
  20. Like A Virgin wasn't xx
  21. Did you know pop princess Britney Spears recorded her 2001 ballad “Don’t Let Me Be the Last to Know” inside the home of Shania Twain, the queen of country pop? It’s true, and even her most avid fans were surprised to learn the two powerhouses collaborated on the track from Spears’ Oops!... I Did It Again. “She was working with my ex-husband in the studio, and I got to say hello while she was in the studio because it was at our home [in Switzerland in 1999]” said Twain, 52, inciting laughs from the audience during Fuse’s recent interview with her at Spotify HQ in New York City. “She was very sweet. It was a great experience just to get to know her on a behind-the-scenes level a little bit. It was obviously an honor to have her record some of my songwriting...Britney did a beautiful job with the song.” jGoM7atmJJA “I love writing for other people,” Twain added. “In fact, when I believed that I was never going to be able to sing again myself [because of vocal injuries caused by Lyme Disease], I was thinking I will get a lot of pleasure writing for other singers and hearing other singers sing the songs that I’ve written.” Twain, whose 1997’s Come On Over is still the best-selling female album of any genre ever and the best-selling country album of all-time, has won many awards for penning music. She has earned more than three dozen BMI Songwriter Awards, including Pop Songwriter of the Year and Country Songwriter of the Year for conjuring up "You're Still the One," "Man! I Feel Like a Woman," "From The Moment On" and "That Don't Impress Me Much," the latter of which she recently revealed was inspired by Brad Pitt’s controversial nude photo scandal. Twain and Spears have crossed paths since “Don’t Let Me Be the Last to Know.” Spears memorably sang “Man! I Feel Like a Woman” in her 2002 film Crossroads (watch below). And the two entertainers have since had successful Las Vegas residencies. Maybe a future collaboration is written in the stars? “[A duet] would be cool," Twain proclaimed. "She's sweet. We're both blonde. Maybe I'll have to go back to brunette so that we have a little bit of variety there. Diversity.”
