Oh yes, when i hear now, i know a lot of songs from them  . The good old 70'! I love The Things We Do For Love :yahoo:

Who are 10cc?

Not happy abou the brits . I don't know what they are thinking. Perhaps: sell ouit gigs and over 1,5 mil albums are enough for us, why to do more? Well, i lost my patience with them , really. Such a pity - a great album and awful promotion. I don't have interest in bands making music as hobby, i much prefer those who are doing it for the love of the music and for creativity. Bands who are not afraid to go in small venues and who have the guts to release material which won't chart too well, but are the songs in which they believe and is the music they want to do. I start to lose my respect for TT... And i am between the few, but i adore the video. I think it is really iconic and artistic, which i much prefer to glossy, glamour ones (like i expected). In my imagination the video would have been very witty, but the one like it is is very nostalgic, retro and , like i said, iconic. It makes me to remember about those street parties i was, great fun to be there with friends and family and not interested who sings, as long as i felt good  . TakeThat could really be a group to be interested in if they choose to evolve and to be artistic. But i am afraid it won't be the case - they seem to go on the road of the "entertainment", of pleasing their fans instead of challanging them. They let themselves pushed from these fans opinions and Polydor/Universal, which make me think i am in the false place. If they continue to be so much interested in what the fans wanted, they will soon stop to evolve and be just entertainer like Robbie. For that i have no time and no interest  .

Very good Norma that you changed your opinion! Every time you are pessimistic, it turns well!!! As the album sold to quick to much, i will be happy if the song make top 5 and quite content if top 10. I don't need for them to be the top of the world but to keep releasing good songs and evolve as a band. The more no 1 they have, the worse are the chances to do so as the pressure increase on them to make everything on success formulae. Better a good song which is not very liked by the masess as a poor song loved and overhyped  .

As i saw yesterday Kaiser Chiefs live my answer is def. NO!

Agree :teresa:

Well, that comes from Gary's climbing - they cannot promote without him and he is the whole februar only for his Kili project. The irony is that he climbs and that awful cover for the cause he is climbing will go to no 1 instead of UAN :puke2: (that is not fair, Depeche Mode deserved a no 1 and a cover from them will get a chance instead them :puke2: ) . I think they should stick more to the music and promotion  . They will lost the moment from the brits because of this climbing  (sorry i have something against such kind of "charity", has nothing to do in particular with Gary).

Sad to say, but from what i know, only what is sell in UK is in UK charts (and they know that very easily from the address they delivering to). It is very complicated, mind you, perhaps they changed the rules...

Standing Next To Me 49 My Mistakes Were Made For You 41- Meeting Place 33+

Good God that i am not between that record buying people, because exactly Shine make me a TakeThat fan and i consider "Up all night" one of their best song :cheer: . (If you had put insted "record" "single" it would have been 100% corect with me - the UAN will be the second single i will buy in my life and the first as a physical version. I generally buy only full albums :D ).

Are the new songs somewhere in youtube? I found till now only fakes <_< .

Agree...it is one of the worst songs of U2 i heard -_- . I expected more from them. I am curious if the hype it will be enough to send it to no 1.

Wow, thank you Norma! :yahoo:

As i know the downloads and buyers from outside UK also when they buy from UK online seller don't count to the charts.

Well, as the most of the chart is made from downloads and only the hard fans buy the CD, i think they have chances to be top 3. Speaking of CD, does anyone want to swap CDs? I want badly the "Up all night" one, but if i buy through amazon it won't count to the charts. I will offer a CD with "The Garden" instead, wenn it cames out on 20th march :teresa: .

LOL, poor Mark... Perhaps he even didn't realise how it will be twisted . Or it was taken out of context what he was observing  . Actually i am not outraged about what Howard said. But it is not something to be told to the media .

I was watching that http://www.brits.co.uk/media/videos/brits-...ts-1985-2008-1/ . Take That get their fair share of time . But Robbie got something like a second? For someone who got the most brits, was very surprising for me. And it is not like he got only the publicum vote, he got also from critics awards some, right?

Yeah, that was the one. But do you know how many other sites took this article from PH?

Not a news, but too funny  : http://coffee-helps.com/2009/02/06/thatvia/ (And i remember: skip PerezHilton page for today or yesterday news.... Howard should take care of how much he say :teresa: , it could be twisted in no second  )

Claud Monet 6+ Edouard Manet 5 Vincent Van Gogh 6 Henri de Toulouse Lautrec 6 Edgar Degas 3 Pablo Picasso 5 Paul Cezanne 4- Paul Gauguin 5

Oh yes, the eyebrow :naughty: . That will be magic if they sing live ! Let's hope is true (mind you, i don't make me ilussions this show would be enough to bring them far, as Reach out was also in this show and not so far in the charts). BUt if they do a couple promotion more and some interviews in quality magazines, the situation could get on the better side for them

TT are rumoured to take part by Wetten Dass, ein german show, one of the best for promotion here. If they really come there (are rumoured for 21 March), then the chances of The Garden are doubled! That would be the really promotion i was hopping for so long. :cheer: ( I only wish they would sing live, but as far i know they have always mimed at this show... )

Happy with "Up all night" in both A-lists

Wow, clones of Christina A and Gwen!!! If they kill the Depeche song i will never want to hear them again! ^_^

If they go no 1 with a depeche mode song i will scream! DM got very less recognition for their music in UK and it that cover goes No 1 make me :puke2: ... Something like Hallelujah did for me and we have someone in Germany who covered Nothing else matter ! :puke2: :puke2: :puke2:
