Always good to look at the Spotify Viral chart for what might blow up next! 'Messy' was here for a while before it made the proper chart. Some high up stuff that hasn't charted yet: 1. They’ve officially signed a record deal with Rough Trade Records, looks like a new album is on the way in 2025!

There may be other examples also, but a similar thing happened for country singer Randy Travis this year. He lost his singing ability after a stroke, so AI was used to recreate his vocals for a new single: azCEpoYLxeg

I believe it had a week out a few weeks ago when there were 4-5 new entries in the Top 10.

Mark Ambor's folky cover of Chuck Berry's 'Run Rudolph Run' for Spotify entered the UK Charts on Friday at #72. It's a pretty good version imo! Would be good to see it make the Top 40 by the end of the month.

Yeah unfortunately not… they got their first charting album though! Being signed to Dirty Hit probably helped too, it charted higher here than most other countries.

It took a few listens, but I'm loving this now! Looks like it could chart by the end of the month too.
