Finally, Kaiser Chiefs has released a new album. I really got into their first album ‘Employment,’ but the follow-up ‘Yours Truly, Angry Mob’ was alright… The newest album “Off with their Heads” has amazing singles: Imeem.com/kaiserchiefs. What do you guys think about the newest album?

LOVE DUFFY. So much soul from such a small woman. "Warwick Avenue" kills it.

MGMT and Santogold. Loved these releases this year. AND let's not forget about In Rainbows from Radiohead

FINALLY - i think it's his best solo yet. However, still more of a fan of Morrissey with The Smiths.

I like Never Miss A Beat, and Good Days Bad Days is very good too. I've been a fan of theirs since a friend of mine at umg turned me onto Employment pretty early on and I think this album is their best yet. I just saw you can get the whole album for 79 cents on Zune or you can get "You Want History, which is one of my favorite songs on the album for free. Christmas music isn't exactly my thing, but I have finally found a sick Xmas album. "We Wish You a Metal Xmas and a Headbanging New Year" was recently released by fontana and features Billy Gibbons, George Lynch, Steve Lukather, Dave Grohl, Tony Iommi, Ronnie James Dio and more playing classic christmas songs such as "Santa Claus is Coming To Town" and "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer". I just got into this song Trashcan by this band Delta Spirit after seeing them performing live with Dr. Dog in L.A. a couple weeks back with my roommate from umgd. Has anyone listened to this song before? it's one of my personal favorites. they have like an americana rock/folk sound which is different from a lot of bands that are coming out right now. just my take on it, but feel free to disagree. anyway, from what i read on their myspace.com/deltaspirit page, says their album comes out August 26th so i'm thinking about getting it. but that's just me. well just wanted to share with you guys this band I'm into right now and seeing if you guys like them like I do. is this another publicity stunt to sell more albums like they did back then with 50 and Kanye? c'mon Rihanna has nothing on Beyonce. theyre both great artists in their own right so it's kinda stupid.

i really like her song Just Dance. i really like her sound.
