A while back there was a story claiming there was a few old characters coming back including

    someone from the early days.

    Ex-Space drummer dies, aged 42

    Monday, August 3 2009, 14:18 BST

    By Mayer Nissim, Entertainment Reporter

    Source: digitalspy

Former Space drummer Andy Parle has died at the age of 42 after he fell crossing a road in Liverpool.

The authorities are treating the musician's death as "unexplained" after he was seen tripping up as he crossed Park Road near its junction with Isaac Street on Saturday, the Liverpool Echo reports.

A police spokeswoman said: "Officers investigating the death are keen to speak with anyone who may have been in the area around this time and particularly any taxi drivers using this busy route to come forward.

"A post mortem will be held to establish the cause of death."

The police have confirmed that they are not investigating an assault or road accident in connection with the incident.

Parle's former bandmate Dave 'Yorkie' Palmer said: "It's the saddest, most tragic end you could have."

He added: "Space continued to have success after Andy left but the band changed and lost something which Andy had contributed.

"Even though we had another brilliant drummer there was something about Andy’s style which was unique."

Parle, who left Space in 1998, played on their hits including 'Female Of The Species', 'Neighbourhood' and 'Avenging Angels'.

  13. What an absolute PRICK this guy is... And the fact that he's actually referring to himself in the THIRD PERSON as well.... Jesus, what a total fukkin' egomaniac..... This guy's ego would make Bono blush.... Someone, PLEASE, thump some sense into this guy..... <_<

Spot on! His songs aren't even memorable, they don't even stand up to classics like Billie Jean and Thriller.

MJ still IS the king of pop, just like Elvis will always be the King of Rock n Roll...death doesn't change that.
