Just read all the veto rules, and I have noticed that the artist have been used once before and they have charted in one of named countries in the past 24 months (but with a different song) - making 10 points from what I can see? Therefore, this would be OK to enter the contest, should no one else put the song up for approval? Thanks in advance :)
