  1. A hearty congratulations to all the winners and runners-up. And congratulations, Ben! Please do *not* let anyone's comments at Unity bother you a bit. The winners have made it with the quality of their tie-breakers, and obviously Ben, so have you. If some people allow prejudice leak into their mind on this issue, it is their problem. That kind of a mindset is self-degrading. You have won, Ben, and we are proud of you. Period. Congratulations, once again. :)
  2. For those of us who missed listening to the "Trains and Winter Rains" at BBC2, here we go :) I found this track (recorded from the radio) posted in another site: Edit: We aren't allowed to post that type of file.
  3. Congratulations, Ben and everybody else who have got the green. Excellent work :) But personally I think that this week's riddle was by far the toughest till the secret room part. The password to the secret room was okay, a reasonable knowledge on Enya trivia and a little help from Google is enough for anyone. But the gibberish in secret room is a real let-down :puke2: . After that is solved, everything falls together :) Good luck for the others :)
  4. After working for 3 hours last night, I'd managed to crack it :) I got the GREEN :yahoo: I was too tired to come back and post it here. It was 3AM local time at that point. Anyway, I am contented. Yes, the game was rather difficult, but not unsolvable :) Good luck, everyone
  5. No, no luck at all. It is absolutely gibberish... You are under which username @ Unity?
  6. If you tell us where you are stuck, maybe we could give you a little hint... This week's riddle is by far the most difficult one till solved, after which the hints become only too obvious and it then seems only too easy :)
  7. Woohoo! :cheer: :yahoo: :cheer: :yahoo: The third GREEN at last!!! WOW, that was difficult. But now I am pleasantly surprised at my luck again. It's 12:47PM now at where I live. I'll go to sleep now. Looks like I'll have a very *good* sleep tonight, dreaming of the third lyric and Enya's new album :D Good luck, everyone :)
  8. I am at a dead end here in the 3rd week. I have gone to the place where the Secret Room directed, told it what I was supposed to say, and then I heard an audio clue. Unfortunately, I can't understand a single word of what is being told. It feels absolutely gibberish! Gah! Did you all find anything, everyone?
  9. I am getting excited. May November 10th come real soon!!! And I am expecting that the next stage of the games will begin in another 12 hours. Congratulations, everyone, who've been able to solve the first two weeks' riddles. Good luck for the coming two weeks. I don't know if I'll be as lucky in them as I'd been so far... :P
  10. Congratulations, Ben, for getting past the name of ship and flower part. The Oracle's question... "Are you *going* or are you *staying*" comes of use at a later part of the game. Now, think about your experience from solving week 1's riddle. What are the 'Tell' buttons for? What do you usually write in the textbox beside the 'Tell' button? That is what you need now. Your next step will be to ask the oracle exactly what you need. Be *very* specific with your question. The hints I can give you are: 1. Yes, the tell button in the flower page will reveal something provided you tell it the correct thing. 2. No, typing the name of the ship there won't do. You need to find something that goes in there. Keep trying, and good luck :teresa:
  11. Congratulations, Ben! Now, translate the name of the ship to the Loxian water script, and find the flower of the same name. I hope this helps. Good luck.
  12. :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: I got the second lyric line :yahoo: I thought it was said in the Loxian games guidebook that the Oracle does not answer general questions, we need to be specific with what we ask her... I was getting increasingly frustrated with her "With this question... yada yada" you know what, so I tried a really foolish question, never expecting an answer, and behold, the answer comes in the most unexpected way !!! Go ahead everyone. Good luck P.S. Personal opinion: the first week's game was better; I found it more "logically solvable".
  13. I think I can help you there. To find the end-dwellers ship, think of the place where the end-dwellers live. Go to the respective site. And you might expect another round of Loxian to English translation to find the name of the flower that matches with that of the ship.
  14. ...And I found a new question to ask the Oracle, to which she replies with another question! Duh! I can't think of anything else to ask her at the moment, stuck with a ship, a flower, and a map
  15. It is great to know that I was able to help you. In fact, I got a lot of indirect help from the posts at Unity where many people were "thinking aloud" in the forum :D I haven't heard of 6 Loxian scripts, but other than the Rain and the Water script, I've heard about the Fossil Script. Are there more? I don't know. I have not found the second lyric line yet, so even if there are more websites, I don't know. All I know at this moment is that there are 6 sites related to the Loxian games: 2 cities, 3 Aigles, and 1 Oracle. As of now, I am really stuck with the ship, the flower, and a map (the only little progress I made so far since last time). And now I don't know what to do.  Good luck to you .
