Fair enough ^_^ But as a final point I would like to point out the title on the main page "Thought provoking and controversial issues", the fact that it states that there will be controversial issues discussed should make people realise there will be controversial viewpoints stated by contributors so those people who complained should keep their politically correct noses out of this section of the board when it clearly warns them that controversial stuff will be discussed :) This is my final post on the matter as am proud of my 0% warning level and want to keep it at 0%

I got the impression last night from a PM I got from up above that some of the younger members of the board were offended by the nature of the topic if it was The Lounge I would 100% agree but like the News/Perspectives forum is always likely to have stronger more serious debate and so on than say Lounge so I think that those who are like easily offended would be better off not reading threads in this section than stifling really good debate Just my $0.02 though

Political correctness gone mad :manson: Not the fact you pulled it, fully understand there given how busy you are, but the fact that people complained in the first place This is the "adults" section of the board, that is not to say it should be adults only but also MATURE younger people so anyone reading this section of the board who can not handle issues shouldn't read it in the first place, it is utterly ridiculous beyond belief that people should complain about a thread like that that was being discussed in a mature way among adults :manson: I think management should put a disclaimer up the forum main page where all the forums are listed saying that people of a sensitive disposition should not open this section of the board Its a shame that sensitive kids have bought about the end of a very good mature debate in an adult section of the board :(
  4. Laura you collect forums like Elizabeth Taylor collects husbands :o :o you are the perfect choice and congrats ^_^ ^_^ The ideal choice
  5. While I do not condone racial violence I can understand the frustration of locals towards those people nicking their jobs, eating their swans and so on, of course I dont condone bricking in of windows etc but there is a lot of frustration towards poles and other eastern europeans in these communities If i was a craftsman or a trader or a gardener or whatever and saw my living being eroded or taken away by poles undercutting my jobs by 50% I would be pretty pissed off or an animal lover that finds eaten dead swans and so on I probably sound a bit like Nick Griffin today with my posts but I really do not see Eastern European migrants as a positive step for this country
  6. They shouldnt be here in the first place, we are a tiny island Let them go to much bigger places like France and Germany where there is not the demands on the infrastructure, why are they coming here ? to fly from Warsaw to London you have to cross several countries, but they are coming all the way here, why ? because we are mugs who will pamper them and give them welfare and housing and education and hospital beds etc so they are here to take advantage of that, why they come here instead of other countries ? our mug welfare system Time to put up a FULL UP sign
  7. Times have changed mate the demands on the infrastructure in this country are simply too high for Britain to function smoothly so radical times need radical measures I love the green belt and open spaces and fields and national parks but this country is fast losing its green belt in the name of building new houses and people who live in these houses need cars and tubes and hospitals and schools and so on and the infrastructure is at the point of collapse to the detriment of the UK so measures are needed to get the population of the UK down to manageable levels, not repatriation but simply not allowing new immigrants until the population is down to a manageable level without impacting on the infrastructure Its affecting everything mate, if anything has a blade of grass on it it is being sold up for new housing now be it a school playing field or a park or whatever, immigration is one of the big reasons for the extra homes being needed
  8. I meant British of course but I was using the context of the fact that I am based in England so was not ruling out Scots, Irish, Welsh and so on
  9. The time has come for Britain to say they are full up and no more room for anyone else unless they have the financial commitment and means to set up a business or are in a professional profession where there is a great shortage (dentistry for example), there is simply not room in this country any more for an influx of migrants and the extra demands on housing, our roads, schools, hospitals and so on, the green belt is being more and more eroded by the day, our roads are crumbling, our classrooms have stupid number of kids in, Britain is FULL, no more room If that means breaking EU legislation or securing opt outs on the free movement of labour so be it, our infrastructure is stretched beyond its capacity and we are a small island This is not about skin colour, couldnt care less if it was Australians or Afghans there is simply not the room any more in the UK Time to close the gates with the exception of those I outlined above
  10. I think legislation should be bought in allowing companies to only employ immigrant labour if no suitably qualified English person applied for the post or could be found. English jobs and English labour have to come first, it may sound a bit protectionist and no doubt someone will call me a racist but it is not about skin colour this is aimed at mostly Eastern Europeans I spoke to a pole the other day who came round to my house bidding for work and he told me that the majority of his money earned gets sent back to Poland to his family so they can live in luxury out there so this guy and his fellow poles are doing nothing for the English economy English people have to come first with regards employment particularly traders and craftsmen so laws should be bought in to ensure immigrants are only employed if a suitable English person cant be found for the job
  11. Yeah same here, loved David Leslie, Anthony Reid, Derek Warwick and so on, those were the days
  12. Yeah David Leslie, Graham Hill, Tony Brise, David Purley, Colin McRae, a top bike racer a couple of years back, its endless :o

You get good and bad in all ages Of course there is violence in youth and gang culture but I am old enough to remember mods and rockers beating the $h!t out of each other in sea fronts so teenage violence is nothing new

There should never have been an inquest in the first place, waste of money Its long since time to move on Hopefully this will be the end of the matter and the Express will stfu too
  16. As a huge motor racing fan I am gutted that David Leslie and Richard Lloyd are 2 of the dead, they have been giants of British motor racing for decades and I personally met David Leslie on 3 occasions and each time he went out of his way to be helpful RIP all those involved but its a sad day for motor racing
  17. Here is a copy of the video from NOTW http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=DxvFADEX3us 1) The uniforms are not nazi issue or remotely resemble nazi uniforms 2) The dominatrix is speaking in an ENGLISH accent, I am not aware of any nazi concentration camp guards speaking in English accents so that devalues the NOTW claim 3) S+M is a perfectly legal mainstream activity, you can buy S+M stuff in Ann Summers which is in almost every single shopping mall in this country 4) The checking for lice would I imagine occur in every UK prison too as part of standard prisoner medicals Mosley has no case to answer, of course NOTW readers will lap it up but if you add up the IQ of 99% of the NOTW readership and combine it all it would still be in total a lower IQ than the typical garden slug
  18. Moving on to the racism bit ;) I don't see how this can be construed as being racist, if he had been whipped by someone in a nuns uniform would it be deemed to be blasphemous ? no, any intelligent person would realise it is just a sex game and being whipped by a nun is just that and not remotely blasphemous Is Prince Harry a racist because he wore a uniform to a party ? These are NOT nazi uniforms, I have studied military regalia over the years and nazi guard uniforms had streaks UPWARDS whereas these are horizontal so that devalues the claim that there was any auschwitz connection to this game, The clothes the woman is taking off in the picture are not nazi uniforms. It is rather standard S&M clothing which has military elements by default (google some images up if you dare), but it has nothing to do with nazism. It all seems to me a pretty standard guard-prisoner fantasy, it was the tabloid who gave it all a nazi slant Plus what Mosley thinks of Hamilton is utterly irrelevant, punishments or lack of them are handed out by STEWARDS who are independent of the FIA governing body and the stewards favoured Hamilton many times last season (no punishment for using extra set of tyres in practice at Brazil, towed back onto the track by the crane, no punishment for brake testing Vettel behind the safety car) and this season when they punished him once at Malaysia they punished Kovalainen too so there was no anti Hamilton bias, Mosley threatened Barcelona with withdrawal of their GP after "Hamilton Family" stuff at testing so I am not aware of any racial dislike of Hamilton by either Mosley or the stewards Is 'Allo Allo racist ? is Dads Army racist ? both of them involved people wearing nazi uniforms, was Fawlty Towers that had Basil verbally abusing German guests and goose stepping racist ? NO
  19. As a Jew I see no problem with this any more than I had a problem with Prince Harry wearing a uniform that time, I don't see how it affects Mosley's ability to do his job, he should have resigned years ago but on the grounds of incompetence not something totally legal that has happened in his private life If he was caught doing this in FIA offices or during work hours or the girls were paid out of FIA funds then it would be an issue but to me this is a total non story, highly amusing and embarrassing but as a jew I would have the right to be more offended than anyone but I just laughed at this This sort of thing with different variations goes on in millions of bedrooms across the country
  20. Saw that    I don't think he has done anything wrong, I don't think he should resign but he is going to be the butt of jokes and ridicule in the paddock forever now It really will be hard to keep a straight face when seeing him now

Se7en - Won't give it away but anyone that has seen it will know what I mean Crying Game too
  22. No Boycotts only punish the athletes, some have worked their bollocks off for years in training to get to the games so to have them not be able to realise their dream is well harsh and only punishes athletes not the Chinese regime A country pulls out of the games it would get a few soundbites in the papers and be forgotten about in 5 mins whereas the athletes of the country that pull out suffer for a lifetime The sporting boycott of South Africa in protest of apartheid had all the usefulness of a chocolate teapot but denied cricket fans globally the chance to see possibly the best batsman ever (Barry Richards) in action China's regime is vile but they are very old now so over time the old guard will die out and be replaced by younger reformers, that happened in South Africa (De Klerk) and happened in Russia (Gorbachev) and will happen in China but there is no quick fix
  23. Pet Semetary Dead Silence
  24. Dire "actor", has a face that looks like a bulldog chewing a wasp and has all the on screen charisma of a dead dog Really deserves to be up there with Van Damme, Seagal, Lundgren and so on in terms of woodenness

Different though, ITV provide the world feed to several countries not just UK, Australia and Canada for instance have ITV commentary and coverage so Germany and Spain are purely internal I would like to see far less coverage of Hamilton and more technical features and more features about behind the scenes in F1 and interviews with engineers and team bosses, the continual obsession with Hamilton I find nauseating and it is putting people off Hamilton
