  1. Ridiculous idea If unemployed people are going to do work in return for benefits they should be paid the going rate for the job they are doing i.e at least minimum wage otherwise it is like slave labour, if the job needs doing then pay the bloody going rate not expect unemployed people to do full time work for £50 or whatever the benefit level is a week
  2. If he or anyone else doesn't like our customs or culture Heathrow Airport is that way >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

No woman deserves to be raped based on what she is wearing it is the responsibility of guys to control their urges Even if a woman went out clubbing in a micro skirt and top so short her t*ts were hanging out or even went out in a g string that ain't a red light to rape her, no one deserves to be raped or should expect to be raped because of what they wear
  4. She has no charisma though, a total cold fish type person, put her on Letterman or Nightline or anything like that and she will embarrass herself, likewise she does not come across well in interviews however much technical vocal ability she has, she does not sell herself well in the media and her lack of charisma will count against her in the image conscious USA, she might have good technical ability even if she is cocooned in her own little ballad singing bubble but she does not have stage presence or personal charisma. I think she has a short shelf life in America no matter how hard Cowell tries to hype her

DNA would just prove that intercourse took place that is not enough on its own to secure a conviction, most rape trials result in the accused being acquitted as it is notoriously hard to prove that consent did not take place

Vilest thing to happen to a woman is being raped, genuine cases deserve castration and lengthy prison sentence (20-30 years) but being falsely accused of rape is the vilest thing a woman can do to a man and sadly that is happening a lot these days particularly alcohol related incidents and these cases where the woman has made it up because she feels guilty about the night before makes it harder to get convictions in genuine cases too Rape is getting harder and harder to prove now (1 in 20 cases result in conviction) because the false allegations over the years has made people suspicious of rape cases which is sad as many genuinely raped women are seeing the attacker walk free
  7. eBay and car boot sales sellers will be delighted When Leona has faded into obscurity in a years time when the latest fad and "next big thing" comes along eBay and car boot sales will be swamped with Leona albums as people try get rid and realise they were just sucked in by the hype
  8. Aah congrats on getting it :D :D I shall watch tonight ;)
  9. Am I the only one that hasn't had this ? Nothing at this end
  10. I agree with this Putting up the price of alcohol is not the answer Why should 100% of drinkers be penalised and be priced out of having a drink because of the fact that 5% can't handle their drink and act like c**ts ? I don't want to pay through the nose for a drink because someone else can't handle theirs The answer is stiffer penalties for drink related crime with HUGE fines for anti social drunken behaviour
  11. Exactly, Whitney's was stunning I still listen to it regularly even now along with the other 2 I listed, Leona's I won't be buying because it just did nothing for me, I would not say it was bad or c**p it was just one of those ok-ish to reasonably good albums that clutter up record stores, this album has been hyped for months and months and we have been spoonfed hyperbole about worlds greatest producers and so on so the album doesn't live up to the hype. Leona won't make ir big in America, she brings nothing new to the table, is not particularly good looking and has the charisma of a frozen cod, she will be forgotten about in a years time out there
  12. Downloaded Leona's album and found it very average indeed, 2 good tracks, 2 reasonable ones and others at best B side cannon fodder. Compared with for instance Whitney Houston's debut album or Tracy Chapman's or Anita Baker's etc etc it was very average, if after 9 months in LA working with the best producers this is the best she can come up with then she will be fading into obscurity inside 1-2 years
  13. Will do ^_^ Just finished work now so running a lil behind schedule as have to eat etc so might only watch a bit tonight but will give my opinion ^_^
  14. I can't think of Australian xmas without thinking of this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=635lfffebPg
  15. Political correctness is rearing it ugly head down under now too :( Absolutely ridiculous
  16. Bought the DVD today :cheer: Will watch it tonight after work ;) Just looking at the cover and contents it looks brilliant Well worth the £13.97 I paid for it in Asda ^_^
  17. If my surname was Blair I would be ordering deed poll forms :manson: the name Blair has been totally tarnished and ruined by these 2 spivs and charlatans (Tony and Ian) and I would be embarrassed to share a name with them, both are VILE creatures of the highest order
  18. No one would seriously advocate security cameras inside changing rooms and toilets, that would be a serious breach of privacy and dignity and would not be acceptable in any civilised society. Security cameras on shop floors and also security tags are more than sufficient without having voyeurs perving over women in their knickers in changing rooms In terms of the nightclub scenario a security guard / bouncer (male one in mens toilets) and female bouncer in the womens area being on hand to witness any wrongful activity while being strategically positioned in a place where they could not be in a position to watch bodily functions would be fine you don't need security cameras for either scenario you mentioned Scott I am fully in favour of CCTV in shops, shopping centres, car parks, high streets, transport places like bus and rail stations, airports, neighbourhoods where there is a chav problem and so on, certainly NOT in clothing cubicles or toilets
  19. Police spend far too much time doing paperwork and not enough time out on the beat policing, to book a suspect involves some THIRTEEN forms which is absolutely ridiculous :manson: the officers should be out policing and catching criminals not filling out forms I think that private security companies should be given powers of arrest and even do street patrols and so on to lessen the load on the police force, private security companies should be given far greater powers, neighbourhoods where there is a chav problem could for instance have Group 4 or Securicor or one of those companies doing patrols and the government foot the bill and private firms could do beat policing too to have a more visible presence on the streets
