They always report the UK charts Wow voted as best live act by Ticketmaster Ireland fans Do you think we will get a music video of Without You? I really think they can release all of the songs as singles that's how strong this album is even l.o.v.e. on territories that doesn't know their age lol it reminds me of their old upbeat records like The Easy Way and Tunnel of Love, story of love. That's why fans love it

Based on this at least we can say, Ed's name is a big help to their comeback especially to the current state of British music sales industry and their age. It is already a big achievement for them just by sitting next to these two even if they'll only be ahead (or not) to Lewis on pure sales just a little and even if the pre order link came very early (because it's still the buyer's decision how many copies they will buy or will just stream it for free when the musics are out)

I know it's small but it's an indicator for me

53.7 yesterday, 56.4 today :) On track to be the biggest selling number one album by a foreign band on its debut week since September 2013, King of Leon's Mechanical Bull. pls kindly correct if this is wrong

I'm shocked Westlife did better on Germany and Brazil iTunes than The Script. The Script is bigger worldwide and their new single sounds like a hit for them.

I don't think Sony as a whole will sabotage the comeback of Westlife even though they are not under them anymore because they still have interest in them, their back catalogue. I might be wrong though because internal politics in the music industry is very strong we all know that but that will not be a very good business decision on Sony's part if you ask me.

I agree Charis but this is the album chart we are talking about and not the singles chart anymore. Hello My Love were really leading in the midweek with 200 plus something gap until the streaming was combined overall lol. I remember my first reaction was Omg Because I know it will be close in the end.

The pop and pop band comeback of the decade in the UK Albums Chart in 2019 The biggest selling (pure sales only since we all know they will struggle in streaming so far) album by a foreign pop band and an Irish act of 2019 on its first update and week so far Top ten in Apple Music UK this week Take That might get the #2 no matter how expensive the video album is since boy band lovers are out in the record shops this week

Idk maybe everyone in the top 10 will be lucky to have 1k a day sales. Some of the other album formats are not released at the same time I believe

what Kian said has a double meaning for me and didn't went well to me mentally since we are in the middle of a major release, I'm also surprised fans have not picked it up and or have seen it. I guess we are all busy listening with the album. Moving on. If we will also fully believe they just recorded 14 songs for Spectrum just because Courage their competition have 20 tracks, it is for the consumers not to be puzzled by this. By the way It's just me ok because they can't release an album in a slower pace especially now that technology and trends are on a faster pace. Their old buying fans are used to an album every year. They need to keep the momentum going like in the 2000s, the time with the bigger album sales. They are not Adele or Ed or a rock group that can release big albums after two four or three years because of their age and in what era they came from. Even Take That have tried that but didn't match the success of Progress. They tried it with Where We Are as well before but from then on they went downhill. Maybe they will be promoted to the US as well by the end of 2020 like Adele in 2008 presidential elections and Ed like in 2012, one year after the release of Plus. In 2021 maybe they will try solo releases again (but I doubt it since most of them love the band so much) then in 2022 a new album. A shorter time for the next album release will also have a positive effect for them even with a smaller sales because the fans won't have to wait for the new album that long like the first one that made it look like it's all for the money

They might hit a six figure debut this week if the report is true. I think maybe the pre orders are too big for the music climate and UK climate now and in 2019. they are already scared to have a follow-up album to Spectrum, adding to that are the tracks of Spectrum most of them are new sounds to the old buying Westlife fans which might have a negative after effect to the next album sales. They might be thinking they can't do the one year in advance pre order again and result might not be as welcoming as this comeback album. BUT they are a very hard-working band I think what they should do is to release their 2nd album under Universal shorter than Spectrum maybe sometime in June or April like BTS and Jonas Brothers this year so the expectations from them, the fans, and the public will be lower and then reissue it on November. Spectrum might get a reissue on October as well. Another good news from this album is the positive reactions from the fans. The only negative ones are from a few Shane fans. I think what they could have done for it before I think is they should have incorporated one or two upbeat modern tracks to previous Shane's solo albums since he is the most popular singer among them and so his fans won't be that shocked like the Dance track. Haters are at it again as usual they are the noisiest. Incredible performance last night. What I just don't like so far is what Kian said "saying goodbye to the fans with this album" thing.

I hope it's true Speaking to MailOnline just before their Strictly Come Dancing performance, Mark Feehily, said: ‘I hear it is doing well. A number one album would be incredible after all this time. ‘I don’t think any of us ever imagined that we’d be in contention for a number one album in our twentieth year but we’ve given everything into creating an album that feels fresh and relevant to 2019. The feedback from the fans has been amazing." ‘There is still a long way to go until we know the official chart position but it would be fantastic and would round off a brilliant year for Westlife. This isn’t just a one-off comeback, we’ve got big plans for 2020."

Daily mail? Mail Online can reveal the album is outselling the entire top 10 newly released albums combined – including Celine Dion’s new album Courage, Take That’s Odyssey and Lewis Capaldi’s Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent.

Numbers are fine because 6 tracks were released at the same time unlike hello my love which was released alone and they are not included on major playlists Impressive numbers for My Blood One Last Time is a ballad and Ed Sheeran that's why and track #6 Repair is at the top of the Pop Right Now playlist pushed by the label. Pop right now has 770k followers and the song gained 50k+ more streams compared to the 5 other releases released at the same time. what more if one of their tracks will be at the top of the hot hits UK with 2.5m followers like they did to hello my love before. I miss the official forums, thecommitted, westlife.gr, westlifetards.com lol

A professional album review by a musician and a Westlife fan. The rightful one to make such review unlike the so-called journalists/fake fan who cannot even distinguish the band members n5Zr_5Obb2c

The only confirmed one so far. Shane posted a video yesterday thanking their fans for making them #1 but they are fond of posting their iTunes positions lol so the message is kinda vague as of this time Charis can you give us an update on their Spotify numbers?
