I actually also ended up going with my first discovery this time! I don't think that was the case in the last edition of this. There were a couple especially that were challenging for the "win", but in the end I think I made the right choice cos it's my fave out of all the ones I found.

I'd rather come last in the final than DNQ lol. At least then you still will have had the excitement of getting through and seeing how your song is doing when all the votes are being revealed etc. And technically you still came higher than if you had DNQ'd.

How do ppl feel about those threads we get sporadically where someone lists and comments on their favourite songs / albums? I feel like I wanna start documenting not only my favourite albums but the albums that have had the biggest impact on me throughout my existence (#existential)... I was thinking of doing it in my blog but that's kinda inactive and I probably wouldn't get any feedback / insight... This idea has been brewing in my head for a while and maybe it's time to finally give birth to it :o It would be a fun challenge.

I'm like re-discovering my own entries lol. I pretty much haven't listened to 'Pustinja' after the contest it was in, but I had a ~craving~ for it this morning and am now repeat listening to it. Still obsessed lmao. There's something about the intense and lush atmosphere created by the instrumentation in that song that just GETS me. And don't get me started on his voice.
