I've entered something with wonderful production that happens to be from Chile, but found way after the Worldvision where I was assigned the country, so... no relation :P

Wow it's kinda starting to amuse me how non-mainstream I seem to be getting, just more & more... I rarely go to a movie for the reason that it's big and I don't want to miss out or something. In fact I mourn that there aren't that many oddities or more obscure films being shown around here :lol: I'm grateful that my local art centre shows more stuff like that tho, I try to go fairly often, it's stimulating. Of course there's good stuff across basically all areas but I'm just chuckling to myself at this observation.

Only a few times a year really. I'd probably go more if I was more drawn to the films on offer tbh. I'll be going to a showing of 'Friends' the TV show next month :lol: A Dublin cinema is showing 12 episodes over the course of 3 days (each day has 4 episodes) as kind of a 25-year anniversary thing (the show started in 1994). As much as it would be cool to go to all of them, I'm only going to the last day, chose that one cos it has the episodes I'm most interested in seeing.

I listened to this yesterday like a dutiful student of music and I'm not yet 'jumping up and down' about it like most people but I honestly think it was partly the speakers I was using, they made it sound kinda rumble-y so I want to try with headphones soon. I mean it was beautiful but yeah, I blame my speakers xo. It's likely to properly grow on me. 'Fallen Alien' was a moment, and I'm still loving 'Cellophane'.

Oh so this is good eh :P Will probably try and fit in a listen today, I've only heard 'Cellophane' and 'Holy Terrain'.

I kinda get where you're coming from dandy*! I only really like the heavy / guitar-y parts in 'Fix You'. The rest of it is sweet but it's all about the 2nd half for me.

Voted yesterday. Sometimes I find it hard to compare these things but this contest seems a little weaker than usual even just based on my own votes - I didn't expect to vote for the bottom 4 or 5 of my votes (but there was one especially that I thought would get points but didn't). They're cool songs but I was kinda surprised they all ended up getting points as quite often I'm really into even the lower end of my votes. Ofc that's just me tho, and I did enjoy the variety on offer here. #mean
