  1. Gosh with the second version of Happiness climbing so quickly Alexis could re-enter the top 40 with it and have 2 singles in the top 40 at the same time :cheer: How Do You Like Me Now LOL it so does not deserve to be the most cherrypicked album track but I guess it is only because of it being track no.3
  2. Does anyone remember how long it took for "Telephone" to shoot up the charts after it got its premiere ? Cause so far it's up an astounding one place to #8... Surely it has yet to make a big impact on tv, but the whole 'internet premiere' hype with people posting it everywhere should help it to climb higher already ?

And with Alexis having another version of Good Girl at #60, Gaga is surely still a non mover

  3. Well, to be fair, you can make it big in the US without a featured rapper (although it does help a lot to have one, for at least your debut single over there).

I know, was just saying. Happiness really is not the type of the song you'd expect to be big in the US. Alexis is promoting everywhere else but in the US for good reason

  4. I find it strange that the UK is by far her biggest market. Has she even had a hit in the US yet? Was Rihanna smashing worldwide at this early stage in her career

She is just as big in Australia as she is in the UK. Happiness went top 3 and sold Platinum there. And she is now starting to smash in Europe. Happiness is #1 on Norway iTunes and #8 on Netherlands iTunes. Her songs don't have US appeal (no featured rapper) and I don't think Alexis is aiming to make it the US, otherwise she would be promoting there which she isn't.

  5. Rated R - 264,486

    Russian Roulette - 313,623

    Rude Boy - 36,043

Russian Roulette outsold SOS, Unfaithful and Pon De Replay so it's her best selling #2 single :cheer: Don't think it'll be able to outsell Take A Bow and Don't Stop The Music though. But who knows

  6. What I'm finding so strange is that she's performing Rude Boy on ELLEN on the 15th and not Hard. They're going through the singles quite quickly in the US and I'm guessing then Rude Boy is the 3rd US single...

  9. Why is Rihanna on the release schedule for the 22nd when she has no physical.

This. I think the compiler is confused because it will most likely be a digital EP released but who knows maybe her label picked up on the chance that Rude Boy could sell extremely well and added a physical release into play to capitalize?

  10. It would start off with her haunting, dark and more personal songs.

    1. Cold Case Love

    2. Question Existing

    3. Rehab

    4. G4L

Then move onto the dancey electro club bangers.

    5. Disturbia

    6. SOS

    7. Don't Stop The Music

    8. Breakin' Dishes

Afterward moving to the charming island-style tango tunes.

    9. Let Me

    10. Rude Boy

    11. Te Amo

And then end off with her two best ballads that bring tears to my eyes literally upon every listen. :snif:

    12. Final Goodbye

    13. The Last Song

  11. This is now easily my favourite Rihanna song ever. It's so slick and groovy it's insane. Best video to-date as well! Think it has even a chance of perhaps peaking in the top 3 judging by where it already is on iTunes - #8!
  12. ^ Thanks Aidan. Completely agree with you on the video, it's beyond brilliant! She looks so fierce, its very dark which I actually like, liking her even more now and the gray-black is working brilliantly too. Can't get the "I'm a f***ing lady" hook out my head, and she's also just tweeted it! It's so gonna be the new "It's Britney Bitch" :smoke:
  13. Currently #12 on US iTunes after only being added today! :cheer: I also can't believe how much Perez is slagging Rih's new material, it's probably out of promotion for his beloved Lady Gaga lol. Anyways thought I might add that this is definitely my favourite Rihanna ballad, it's like a perfect combination of Unfaithful and Question Existing into one song. <3
