She really needs to jump on some DJ tracks to get back the support of playlists and radio and get her back into the public’s heads. I think she would work quite well on a Sigala collab and he’s quite consistent at getting top 40s. Also she was in the studio with clean bandit a few months back so that could get her back in the charts hopefully.

The 22nd would be the best date looking at all the massive album bombs coming afterwards.

I’m quite disappointed that they haven’t come out with any new formats yet or collectibles. It’s a greatest hits they should be going all out! Most people aren’t buying the physicals for the songs as the majority are already on streaming.

I think the total streams will be over 2 million. The amount I’ve heard people talk about from every age group is crazy.

I’m thinking it’s the label seeing how the last few singles have performed and are interjecting now for the next single to try and get them back on track with another hit.

I remember seeing them reply to a comment on the Drive YouTube video a few weeks ago asking something similar. Comment: “Can we have another classic Clean Bandit song where it starts with acoustic instruments only, and builds up into dance. Like Tears, Symphony or I miss you?” Their Reply: “This is a brilliant idea and actually are song that we hope to release next is EXACTLY like that!! I’m so happy you said this (hopefully it will come out soon, but we are not in control of this so we are praying the stars will align and then you will hear it soon!)” I really hope they weren’t taking about the Whitney remix :lol:

I know its been said by people who know inside stuff and I do believe you, but as we've seen with LSL these things can change so I'm always 5% cautious until a proper announcement is made. :lol:

I agree with this. Ed didn't have to say any of that. He could have just mentioned how he liked the song and was glad for them that it had picked up and overtaken him. But he very much makes it out that he's giving them the #1 and that he could take it back if he wanted, but he's so amazingly generous and not big headed that he won't.

Very well put! I really hope Jesy learns from this whole situation and thinks a bit more carefully going forward about her image and relationship with the girls.

Maybe threads about Jesy’s music shouldn’t be in the LM forum as they’re always going to get negative comments if they stay here and as the relationship between her and the girls is very much over.

This!!! It really baffles me how people can’t understand this and think Leigh is being nasty, when she’s clearly just frustrated.

Her team are honestly so dumb. Why on earth did they think this single would be a good idea. You would have thought they'd want to keep all the mixers on board.

Even if they're not close friends anymore, they were still in the band together for nearly 10 years. In all the interviews Jesy has been doing, she has called them her "sisters". If they truly were, she would have defended Leigh. It truly baffles me how they went from seeming like best friends to this. I really don't understand Jesy's thought process behind all of this.

It annoys me how people agree that it’s bad that Jesy black fishes but then compare it to Leigh sending an annoyed message to a fan when there clearly not comparable. Leigh has had to deal with so much in the music industry just because of the colour of her skin. The fact that Jesy doesn’t understand this and appropriates black traits whenever she feels like it through the black fishing and the lyrics and visuals in the Boyz video, must be so frustrating and upsetting for Leigh. Especially as they were all so close for so long. Yes Leigh probably shouldn’t have sent those messages but I can’t totally understand why she did. @1447668855418114053

I think with her comments to that influencer Leigh had just had enough and didn't want people supporting Jesy when they had fallen out. I don't believe she actually wanted the person to make a video about the black fishing, she was just showing that there was other issues going on.

I don't think anyone here is calling Jesy a villain or bashing her. We're just disappointed that she's working with someone who so freely hates on Leigh-Anne without even knowing her or the situation. Especially when she made a documentary about online bullying and mental health.

I'm sorry but to me, sitting there not saying anything is agreeing with it. Jesy must have known that all this drama was going to be brought up, so by agreeing to join the call she's contributing to the nasty messages towards Leigh-anne.

100% this. She's so hypocritical! I've lost all respect for her. I hope the girls don't even respond or acknowledge this and just focus on Between Us and being actually pleasant humans.

This is so bad. Why is Nicki going off like she knows anything that's gone down between the girls over the last 10 years. You can tell Jesy doesn't agree as she's just not saying anything.

I can't bring myself to watch. I really don't like the thought of Jesy getting dragged into all of Nicki's drama.
