I have no idea why it's taken this long for Emerald Princess to grow on me but I'm finally appreciating what a beauty that entry was! Can't believe I left it out of my vote at the time in retrospect (it was in a pretty strong contest for me but even so I'd put it in my top five from BJSC 113 now), thankfully it won anyway.

I wouldn't say four top 20 hits (and surprisingly Clarity wasn't one of them as it was such a sleeper hit here!) was bad to be fair, but it's a shame her success was limited to the UK.

I would have said I'd be happy if The Hills could chart for every time it's half past five, but it's recently been bouncing in and out of the top 200 most days anyway!

Land of DW received 10 points from us in this semi so sad to see them out but pleased Zanmatony made it in the end! 7 points went to New Lexico and 1 to Mulgracia.

Zanmatony and Land of DW's dance entries are great and obviously I'd love to return with a Q myself so there's going to be a significant loss for me either way but hopefully it's just one of those heading out rather than two!

Oh how I've missed this tension and drama of knowing whether you or your faves are getting kicked out right at the end :lol:
