  2. Maybe it would, but it's never re-entered then either!
  3. I was just thinking about that! That's perhaps surprisingly never re-entered the Spotify chart on those dates here, wish it could though.
  4. Although Risk It All did reach the top 100 (just!), unlike Dream On Me, Hurricane and Heartstrings.
  5. By contrast, I think Crazy Stupid Love is by far the worst of Cheryl's contenders here  And yes, very true about how difficult this must be to put together. It's quite clear that there's a much wider range of opinions here on the songs from this period!
  6. But Baby's Coming Back is rubbish, not just boring!

I can see why it's being compared to The Weeknd, it's definitely giving The Hills vibes! Not quite as good as that ofc but decent enough, would be good to see this become a hit.
  8. I approve of nearly all of those changes! Loca People is a good tune though. Maybe Crazy Stupid Love would have been a better choice for the Cheryl song to include here?

It's much better than anything else I've heard from AJR, still has a bit of that cringe factor but it is also quite fun and catchy too. Wouldn't mind it becoming a hit.
  10. +12 Muse – Starlight +10 Keane – Crystal Ball +8 El Chombo – Chacarron +7 Feeling – Love It When You Call +6 Hard-Fi – Better Do Better +5 Boy Kill Boy – Suzie +4 Keane – Nothing In My Way +3 All-American Rejects – Dirty Little Secret +2 Snow Patrol feat. 11. Glad the right choice was made for last place here, hopefully 21 Reasons goes next!
  12. 505 is, that's been consistently in the US Spotify top 50 for weeks now! Tom Odell hasn't been that high, but has been in their top 200 for a while.
  13. Erasure yet again, surely has to go now!
  14. If we're saving Dance Monkey for longevity reasons or being 'marmite' (i.e. a fair amount of people also like it), I've seen plenty of people in here defending Payphone too!
  15. Beatfreakz to leave next please!
  16. Good final two, difficult to choose between them but Dakota gets my vote!
  17. Turn Up The Music should be in this list too, yes! The suggestions of Dirtee Disco and Baby's Coming Back above are also definitely worth considering.
  18. Agreed with a few of those proposed swaps, I would suggest that (Barry) Islands in the Stream, We Can't Stop and Señorita should be in here instead of Beautiful Girls, No Regrets and Payphone! Also would consider adding WAP and Blurred Lines to save Green Light and I Don't Care (if we're going by how some of the lyrics on Green Light have aged badly you could make the same argument for Blurred Lines!), and for artist swaps I'm thinking Hallelujah could replace Start Without You for Alexandra (Burke, that is ) and Savage Love could replace Don't Wanna Go Home for Derulo.

I had never thought about this before but you've got a point, would love to imagine Bob's single was inspired by that
  20. Wow I was not expecting to be back in the top 10!
  21. I enjoyed how overdone the autotune was on Don't Wake Me Up! Agreed that Beautiful People captured the euphoric sound better but I would say it was an improvement on Yeah 3x (which was just stealing Calvin's work that was eventually credited) and the incredibly generic Turn Up The Music. Everything he's done from 2016 onwards has been really poor.
  22. Same, I really think Something From Nothing and Run should have been included!

Glad those five have all gone now!

U2 & Green Day ended up above them anyway!
