Anyone heard anything about these albums? I would have expected to hear something by now

I can’t decide on an album order for myself but I do love reason there are some great tracks on there. This time is probably the one I listen to least but it does have out of time on there which my just be my favourite song she has written. I would say the sea is probably her most dynamic and and version of me the most fun. I really like escalator

I think the b side wonderland is one of her best songs! Such a great vibe on that track I wished she had explored this style more I think good girl from beautiful intentions came from the same vein musically. Would love to hear live performances of both these tracks. I would have to say beautiful intentions is my favourite record of hers but I’ll admit the the sea is probably her most accomplished

I think it’s a great track, I Love reason as well but can’t see it doing any better than horizon. It really is a shame that this album didn’t do well but this was at the height of Napster/limewire and I’m sure a lot of artists felt the hit at that time

Anyone know why mel doesn’t like on the horizon? I read somewhere that she doesn’t play it anymore I just wondered if there was a reason?

Would be good to get them all out on vinyl so she could generate money from past records. I’d gladly buy one of each! Not sure how it would work for the first two on her old label though... it would be nice to see something for the 20th anniversary of northern star though

Gotta pay those bills! I’d love to see some of her albums get a vinyl release, that’s the dream anyway

I don’t think she will to be honest she plans on having an album out this year so I’m thinking it must be all recorded by now or very close to it anyway...

Same I can’t wait for both, even if this “covers” album isn’t recieved well it should mean a fairly substantial uk tour so I’ll get to see her regardless!

Really looking forward to this “second” album she is writing, I hope the covers/acoustic album whatever it may be raises her profile so she can make more sales of this “youth” album
