This period. was one of Kylie's most experimental, and I feel really showed some of the different vocal abilities that she has. Although this meant for some people it was less in your face as other tracks, I believe this was because it was moving away from the popular music, that so many artists produce, and still do today. It allowed Kylie to demonstrate, that she was capable of far more than people had made out, and was far more talented than people like the Spice Girls, who can only make manafactured pop, and not sing for real. Indeed some of her best material was produced in the 90's, and the video for, 'Put yourself in my place', remains one of my favourite, as I believe it dose for Kylie. It's really a sexy video with her floating about in space, and her clothes slipping off, and I like the song too. But it is also true to say, that some of my least favourite songs were made in that period, but I tend to refer to these as album fillers.
