Another one for the Emo/Punk/Metal forum when they give it to me... ayone else liking these lads? I got into them just before the first album came out and have stuck with them ever since. They got thoroughly shafted by EMI, but then bounced back to release their awesome second album independently. Now they're signed to Burning Heart and looking better than ever. They're TOP live too. $h!t, I really need to post this sorta thing on UKMIX... :lol:

They're just about to release their third album, their first for V2 after being BRAINLESSLY dumped by Columbia... and going on the strength of the single, we're looking good. I don't think they'll ever top the singles from the first album - 'I'll Find You' is awesome, 'Silver' is absolutely the best thing they'll ever do.

I reckon most of the fanbase will like what the NME tells them to like... so if said magazine suddenly goes off them (like they did The Darkness, Keane, Dashboard Confessional...) it could all go to hell pretty quickly.

They always get one novelty act on, so it's not out of the question. Last year the lineup consisted mostly of novelty acts: Tony Christie, Scissor Sisters... ahem. ;)

Anyone else digging the newie from everyone's favourite Scottish post-rock LEGENDS? Quality if you ask me, nearly as good as 'Happy Songs For Happy People'.
