  1. Thanks. It's fab. :cheer:
  2. I like Sugababes and GA and , lately, The Saturdays. Not fair to poll, bet everyone votes for their fave, regardless. I am not overwhelmed with neither Sugas or GA 's latest songs, but wouldn't knock down one for the other. :)
  3. I like 'Freeze' . Very much. I wanted 'Freeze' to be released after 'No Air' , TBH . It just made more sense to me.
  4. ITA. Leona 's fanbase is bigger in UK , I'd have thought, anyway. Let's hope she gets a lot of airplay and adds - I so wish she nudges that 'Hero' cover off the top spot ;p
  5. I missed it this week... Anyway, for a beginner, I am still at 36 , so not to worry. :)

Top 10 , just about - SCD promo and all that. After listening, top 40 for my personal chart.

I only like Adele's . The rest are either 'meh', couldn't care less, boring, repetitive or unoriginal.
  8. ^^ Time for a change, then ? I am sure the artists will earn more (and be more prompted to come up with good material) if they didn't have to pay the minions from marketing etc. with a fat share ;)
  9. I wish Simon just went to America......# #Sad.
  10. I don't think they are on XF? On the 22Nov. show, it's only Rhydian that is announced. Same Difference were supposed to perform on XF on 24th Nov - it was on the official XF page, then it was removed. :o So, it is not sure ATM which way it will go. As for 24th |Nov top 5, I'll got with 1. Killers 2. GNR (if, might not make it) 3. Rhydian (major XF promo on 24 th) 4. Kanye 5. Coldplay
  11. Thanks , dave. Interesting chart positioning for top 10. I am not surprised with Dido , since when was she such a big artist anyway? IMO, of course. :P
  12. No worries, so am I . Ah, the GNR - sorry, but the band is not the same. I had the tracks mailed by a friend and , whilst is good, is 'just Axl good' - not the sound I was expecting. So I don't think I'll part with the cash....

5pts -Leon Jackson - Don't Call This Love 4pts -Madcon - Beggin 3pts -Flo Bots - Handlebars 2pts -Razorlight - Wire To Wire 1pt -Boyzone - Love You Anyway
  14. Hear, hear. I'd rather donate cash to charities - this is another way for Simon to control the charts - much needed after the 'last year's winner not reaching no 1 ' fiasco. Darn, can't people see through his machinations? He's so transparent ... all he wants is to have charts domination , one way or another, so he can top the A&R producers' list.

What kind of people are watching X Factor and buying like sheep ? I think we should all donate to charity, not fill the charts with tripe renditions - sorry that song was murdered :puke2: - not even the studio can make it good.
  16. 23-04. Keane - Spiralling 26-01. Katy Perry - Hot'n'Cold 27-03. Jack White & Alicia Keys - Another Way To Die 28-02. The Ting Tings - Be The One 29-01. Jordin Sparks - Tattoo
  17. Thanks, dave. You know, I look at pre-orders and get   . Not having a clue who some of those charters are. Fightstar? Sounds dodgy :P
  18. I just hope I'll never hear those sounds again...

Thanks, Jonjo. :) Loving Katy Perry 's charting. :) At least I got that prediction right - wait , I got all 3 predictions right ...yay, me ! :D
  20. Gah ! I keep hoping that the British public will wake up one day ...sob tories and charity ..pfff ...the X Factor is more and more like a famewh*re. Not enough with having Christmas no 1 and winners (well, most) getting singles at no .1 ? Nah, they had to tap this charity thing , too... Sadly, I think it will sell loads due to the 'patriotic' approach . I'll buy more poppies this week. B)
  21. Sam Sparro AND Sara B. had huge impact on both UK and US charts. I don't know about Sam for sure, but Sara B. was no.1 on Hot 100 for some time. And Airplay and A&C..etc etc. So, I'd say Sara 's latest are dissapointing an she could be classed as 'one hit wonder'. I'll go with Mart!n and others and say I hope Leon Jackson gits in the same category - boring, bland, out of tune and jittery performer.. I can't say I ever saw the 'Estelle charm', TBH - 'American Boy' was never going to be one of the tracks I would sell/reccommend to music lovers. But it's probably about taste. So her placing in this list doesn't surprise me. Gaby Cilmi was another middle-of-the-road act for me, not inspired by her voice and tracks (maybe I am fussy  ) so she is right to be in this list , too.
  22. Thanks for the article, gooddelta. Interesting read. ' P!nk' s So What is the biggest selling single in the UK this week' - yay! :cheer: Glad Duffy is still on the top 10. 33 weeks at the top... now that is a nice achievement. Loving Katy Perry's chart run and I hope she gets another no.1 or Top 10 with HNC - maybe this week?
