Tbh they dont even need to do that much? Streams will probabaly increase so thats a good thing and they could easily discount the song on itunes too. It’s still top 10 without the Xmas songs so it will have a big climb soon! (Whoopty, for example, is only 70!) It’s back to #12 on itunes! Praying this does manage to get a reset, if it does i can see it having a good few more weeks top 10 so let’s hope!!
