Got it thanks! The alternative blue cover is my favourite but if you’re only buying one I’d stick with the Spotify Violet as it’s sold out in the US / Canada and seems to be the more limited variant. Depends I guess whether that matters but it always feels a bit more special to own a more limited vinyl.

Has anyone seen the blue alternative up for pre-order yet in the UK? Confused as HMV / Indie’s seems to be the yellow?

HMV exclusive vinyl and Alternative CD cover (+Poster) are up on HMV but there’s no indication to what the colour is or the alternative cover as yet.

Grabbed it!! I was still waiting for any signed but anything but the basic black I’m sold on! Haha.

Disappointed we didn’t get any signed on the UK store. It seems like lots of other countries did so not sure why we didn’t in the UK.

Her material just isn’t cutting it. She has so much potential (The capital performances were insane!!) I’m just not too sure where she goes from her these really average songs won’t ever do anything chart wise.

I’m assuming this is being pushed back because surely she can’t promote / tease this for a Feb release, especially if it’s the official 3rd single.

I think the radio play is definitely having some sort of effect. IT girl is now 55 on iTunes and was down to 146 at one point. Really hoping somehow this blows up!

I’m sure she’s just made big mistakes from not thinking clearly I don’t think it was ever done with malice. I still hope one day they can all meet up behind the scenes and at the very least have a little hug and a heart to heart and move on even if that doesn’t come to anything at least there’s a more positive ending. I guess we’ll have to continue to wait and see how it pans out.

I can sympathise with Jesy to some degree and understandably she had to deal with a lot. However, I just can’t get my head around why she couldn’t have even sent a message to them or could sit down and talk about it with them after she felt a little better? I can’t help but think she burnt bridges when she came out with her solo single after blindsiding them like that. Jade, Perrie and Leigh are very conscious of when others release music and change dates etc because they’d never want to take away each others shine so I do feel Jesy decided she would get ahead of the game (or advised by management / PR) obviously it backfired massively so I really wonder whether she regrets it all now and wished she had spoken to them?!?

I stayed up to watch her interview with Louis on his podcast. Wow wow wow! I’d go as far as to say it was one of the best interviews, yes he was a little cheeky delving into what happened with Jesy but you could really tell it massively affected her and even now she struggles coming to terms with her leaving. It seems as was reported Jesy just seemed to check out of Little Mix and just never spoke to them again (I’m assuming she just couldn’t handle any of it anymore? Very sad) obviously Jade stated there was a lot going on behind the scenes but no major arguments. Jade touched on the album being released in May (She stated it’s been pushed back a bit - So this fits with the March release that was rumoured) Let’s just hope it’s definitely May and doesn’t keep being pushed further back. She’s just such a humble genuinely kind human the album needs to be huge she deserves it all.

44 is still great but disappointing as it would have been good for her to grab another top 40. I’ve said this SO MANY times but Spotify needs to start pushing UK acts on HHUk!!! What’s the point in having a Hot Hits UK if they hardly ever playlist UK artists (unless viral on TT or have a large international fanbase) They should intertwine new UK songs / Acts with the bigger hits

Honestly I don't think it matters if Jade doesn't get chart hits (Obviously they would be amazing) but she's at a point in her career where she can build a loyal solo fanbase where she gets good streaming figures (IT Girl is 2M in a week) and can sell albums / sell out small tours etc... If she was a new artist I guess she'd have more of a point to prove but as long as she's raking in the cash for RCA I genuinely don't think chart hits are essential. The album I'm beyond confused with how can the album be out in March if she hasn't even confirmed the name? I thought physicals had to be ordered for pressing a good couple of months in advance?

It worries me when artists start doing this because SO MANY times the album never actually happens. I'm not really sure where she can really go now to get a hit, although if she can sell shows / have a decent selling album getting top 40 hits isn't needed I guess (Especially after all LM acheived) She absolutely SMASHED Jingle Bell ball she ooozes talent but the material just isn't punchy enough. Hopefully she has been back in the studio and coming up with a few different songs.

OHHHH WOWWWWWWW That's really disappointing I saw that too and thought JADE what are you DOINGGGGGG! (I really hope she's trolling us) I assumed she was running with the album pre-order dropping the same time as FUFN and then it being out in March/April. I definitely feel they're going to leave it too late because a few more releases like Fantasy (Hype wise) and it will kill all momentum. I was convinced the album was called 'That's showbiz baby' even more so if It girl was originally called 'Filthy'

I think IT girl and AOMD are joint 1st for me , Midnight cowboy second and lastly Fantasy. All are 10/10 but I do listen to Fantasy a lot less.

I just hope the album physical copies give us everything!!! If she launches with a black vinyl, standard CD and signed art cards I'll be fuming :lol:

They're still running to the original plan with FUFN being out as single 3 and the album following. The plan hasn't changed, They are hoping releasing these promo songs / singles will help establish her and hopefully give her consistent streaming numbers (Even if minimal) If she released the album after say 2 singles, yes her album might initially chart well but it's very hard to create hype when the full thing is out. The plans working because they made IT girl into the small E.P with the other tracks and look at the boosts it gave all her previous songs (I can't remember the exact figures but around 75-300% boosts in streaming numbers) I know JADE's got the advantage coming from LM but they do need to establish her sound, what does well streaming wise and build a body of work initially to launch the album off of (If it goes well and there's a second album I'm sure the process will be alot different) Chart success is amazing but I'm sure JADE and RCA are well aware this is VERY hard especially in this climate where older songs stick around for an eternity and the charts are based on TTH largely USA based or whether a song goes viral on Tiktok / Social Media. Let's face it even HHUK doesn't have the same impact as it used to.

Do we think this stands any chance of going gold this year?
