I think IT girl and AOMD are joint 1st for me , Midnight cowboy second and lastly Fantasy. All are 10/10 but I do listen to Fantasy a lot less.

I just hope the album physical copies give us everything!!! If she launches with a black vinyl, standard CD and signed art cards I'll be fuming :lol:

They're still running to the original plan with FUFN being out as single 3 and the album following. The plan hasn't changed, They are hoping releasing these promo songs / singles will help establish her and hopefully give her consistent streaming numbers (Even if minimal) If she released the album after say 2 singles, yes her album might initially chart well but it's very hard to create hype when the full thing is out. The plans working because they made IT girl into the small E.P with the other tracks and look at the boosts it gave all her previous songs (I can't remember the exact figures but around 75-300% boosts in streaming numbers) I know JADE's got the advantage coming from LM but they do need to establish her sound, what does well streaming wise and build a body of work initially to launch the album off of (If it goes well and there's a second album I'm sure the process will be alot different) Chart success is amazing but I'm sure JADE and RCA are well aware this is VERY hard especially in this climate where older songs stick around for an eternity and the charts are based on TTH largely USA based or whether a song goes viral on Tiktok / Social Media. Let's face it even HHUK doesn't have the same impact as it used to.

I disagree I think the albums definitely coming as planned. The plan was ALWAYS release IT Girl as a promo song followed by single 3 FUFN alongside the album pre-order with it due in March / April?! FUFN has been given the full single treatment with an official video which has already been shot etc so everything’s still on track. I totally understand why they’re doing singles and promo song’s they’re building momentum and hopefully giving the album a little push in streaming numbers when it’s released. I do think they should have put up the pre-order for the album alongside IT Girl but maybe they don’t want pre-orders to go on for 2/3 months as it might kill all hype by the time the album’s released. I’d say 5 weeks or so would be a good timescale for the album pre-orders.

I already downloaded it from iTunes but as soon as it was announced it was 15 I went to Amazon! Helping the cause haha!

I think it depends on if it can stay higher on Spotify. There is a possibility it could just drop straight out of the top 200.

If this does go top 40 it would be perfect for setting up single 3. Hopefully FUFN manages it so she can go into the album release with 3 top 40 single’s under her belt. Buzzing for her!! She deserves every bit of success.

Just because there's more singles doesn't mean the album won't be up for pre-order when FUFN drops? I'm guessing that means there's another planned 2 singles (These could still be after the album is released?) I echo the above though the perfect time to put up the pre-order would have been Friday when IT girl dropped (Even it was a march release) they had time to plan around it if sales weren't as expected (Banquet personally signed, Mini album shows / HMV Signings etc) I'm sure her sales would have been amazing.

I think there’s a strong chance as there seems to be far more hype for this over Fantasy

I don’t think they have released this because Fantasy underperformed compared to Angel. IT girl has been teased for months and insiders / fans knew IT girl (called That’s Showbiz Baby at the time) was always a promo single and FUFN was the single.

I wish we had a 7" vinyl for this :(
