'About A Girl' 2.0
It's been holding up pretty well on iTunes today at #12. Which is where it should be in tomorrow's midweeks but hopefuly I get suprised with a #11 which isn't at all impossible. :P

iTunes Chart: November IV
Sugas haven't dropped a place in the last day, better stay that way till Sunday, I'd be really pleased with #12 for its second week but #11 isn't that far out reach either. Come on Sugababes, #11 please! :cheer:

'Sweet 7' 2.0
LOL Digital Spy even did a little article on all the girls recent tweets about the album: http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/music/news/a18...or-sweet-7.html

'Sweet 7' 2.0
Punching Out would be amazing actually! Jade was looking so promising solo with that and My Man which clearly was a written-all-over-it-#1 turned wtf-flop. Amelle would even sound better than Jade on Punching Out TBH, their voices are just perfect for it

'About A Girl' 2.0
You're right, but for an established act like Sugababes you'd expect a pre-album single to go #1 or do really well like JLS, Pixie Lott etc did with their first two pre-album singles. No Can Do was released after the little success of Catfights, and Change was released straight after About You Now which charted for ages and sold a $h!t load, AND it was released after the album was out. There is a huge difference between pre-album singles and after-album singles so you can't really compare this era with the previous two

iTunes Chart: November IV
It was pretty much a given with X Factor Finalists and Jason Derulo releasing and then overtaking them, which automatically pushes them out the top 10. Hopefuly they don't drop any further, the Radio 1 A-listing should help at least. :D

'About A Girl' 2.0
I wouldn't be that bothered if it drops 6 places, but anymore than 6 would be awful. AAG really doesn't deserve a Get Sexy-like chart run, neither did Get Sexy. But the charts are now as competitive as they were in the 90s where like all songs struggled to stay 10 weeks on the chart. So pleased with the sales too :cheer:, it outsold The Saturdays #2 single's first week sales by almost 10k, which says a lot about how tough it was for them to even get to #8!

'About A Girl' 2.0
Radio play counts more though I guess, it should climb more though next week with its A-listing only coming in rotation this week which hopefuly will help toward it not slipping too much down the charts. ^_^

Ditto! :D I wonder if the girls read this forum LOL? It is the most busy Sugababes forum I think, ever since their official forum moved sites it's been dead and one of the reasons I started posting here was because of how active and informative it was in comparison to their other forums. And if you google search 'Sugababes forum' it comes up as the 3rd result :o

'About A Girl' 2.0
^ Me too. It was a really close and difficult week though so I'm still pleased. The sales should say a lot more than it peak though so can't wait for them to leak, probably even more than Get Sexy's first week sales perhaps? :o

The Buzzjack Sunday Chart Show Thread
She so would! I adore Tulisa, we should get petitioning for her to go solo! That way there will be no more N-Dubz and annoying na-na-nays. Her vocals on Ouch, Strong Again and Secrets are AMAZING. Love her! That Facebook lyric is SO annoying, the song would actually have been OK if they never had the Facebook references in it.

About A Girl's sales at #8 beats probably most of this year's top 5 peaking singles first week sales. So it would have got a much better peak if it wasnt released in such an XFactor-filled week! They've done brilliantly, so proud of them! AAG will most likely even equal Get Sexy's total sales despite the sales difference! :)

The Buzzjack Sunday Chart Show Thread
I can't help but  @ people calling a #8-peaking a single a flop! O_O Yes it is a before-single album but they have definitely done extremely well with half of the top 10 being all X Factor and after all the drama, it's another top 10 which makes it a hit not a flop, regardless of how good the track is. Had it been released almost any other week of the year it most likely would have went top 3! Do people like this have to exist? Especially after all the bullying the girls have had to go through on Twitter with comments exactly like these. :(

Not a fan at all of Jordin, hopefuly the song isn't as generic as like all the stuff she's put it out.

Sugababes 'planning to tour in March'
Ah perfect! This is exactly what the group needs to rebuild and stabilise their fanbase, and it should help loads for the sales of Sweet 7 too. :cheer: Can't wait.

'Sweet 7' 2.0
Yay so excited for that! Loving the group's tweets lately, and so glad Amelle's back on Twitter. :) I don't really know what to think of when the album will be released anymore, it's forever changing and the current plans look so unreal that I'm actually finding hard to believe. But we'll see, hopefuly everyone gets it on the same date which I'd prefer to be after Wear My Kiss is released

'About A Girl' 2.0
I'm still holding thumbs for a top 5 placing LOL. I think it isn't only close between 6, 7 and 8, but rather close between all in the 4-8 category. So who knows, maybe that tweet Jade made was what the babes secure a top 5 placing! Ah, let's hope so! :magic:
