Oral Fixation

One Word's video is based on traditional French cinema ("Alphaville" apparently), hence the stylisation.

It is funny. Harsh, but funny.

Yeah, he is over-reacting, but Alli did try to help K-Fed into getting custody. Nice voice though.

DSTM is getting airplay, heard it this week (on Kiss 100, I think).

CRJiRxCnDSY They should start airplaying this remix, if they want more sales for Timbo.

Timbaland has the better track. Or tracks even, because he has a killer remix out too.

Thought it said "Dropped by label", when I clicked on the forum main page. Thought it was very unlikely, because it's a Disney label (Hollywood Records) and she's still their best selling artist.

S.O.S. was also originally bought by Def Jam for Christina Milian, but was given to Rihanna when Christina Milian refused. Milian was then released from her contract. But Rihanna did co-write some of the better songs on GGGB, and the album has a bunch of different producers, like Stargate and Timberland.

OUR midweeks, lol. And I think it'll do better in the coming weeks. Disney Channel is advertising it like Hell!

Well done to her.

Cheers! Looks like Rihanna may pull in another week. Strangely enough, I still really like the song as much as ever.

She's referring to 'The Sun' as in the newspapers, not the actual sun, right?

Chavs buy Kate Nash. Rihanna is everyone else.

Does Rihanna have a considerable lead over Timbo?

Well good on them. The thing you need to remember is these artists don't make much from album sales anyway (it's the live concerts where they get paid a lot), so it's a better deal for them. Plus, we don't have to pay £10.

Good music, $h!t lyrics and generic video. Should be a hit...

Umbrella = Better than all the other songs put together (even in one mega mix, 30-minute single).

So easy to lose count!

Fergie's doing well. But I think Rihanna has Week 9 nailed.

She was the original WAG. Started it all off.

Reminds me of Peter Andre for some reason...

I don't really seem to notice (or care about) the American accent thing. What I have noticed though is she's said "f*** off" to her British fans, and caters only for African Americans and US soul fans.

lol, the Bajan Beauty triumphs. Is 9 weeks also a possibility?

"Mix it all together and you know that it's the best of both worlds."

Kate Nash is a very acquired taste. I think it'll tail off quite steeply next week.
