i don't think they did it, assuming it was an accident and they tried to cover it up why court the media the way they did? making it such a high profile campaign? putting so much attention on to them, doing so many interviews it doesn't make sense to willingly put yourself in that media glare if you know that you were responsible. there have been missing cases before but not on the huge scale of this one. if they did it they would have handled differently more low key. what these parents are guilty of is bad parenting leaving their kids sleeping alone in a hotel room in a foreign country. what if the kids woke up and didn't find their parents there? they will cry be upset or could hurt themselves etc. its not right what they did but they aren't killers. take this scenario....madeline wakes up and sees her parents aren't there she is worried and wants to find them she sees they aren't in the room so what does she do? look for them! she opens the door by herslelf and wanders around some messed up person spots her sees her alone and abducts her. if her parents were there they would have prevented this. also he parents did rub up the portugal police the wrong way making out they weren't doing enough and then you had the media here being arrogant saying they don't do things as well as we do it here. the portugal police seem to be under pressure to resolve this case. if madeline is still alive she will be kept indoors because the case is so high profile the abducters won't want to risk her being spotted.

airplay needs to keep on growing at a healthy pace to help her secure #1 and its going to plan so far. when the track is made available on itunesi think think it will explode and be a monster seller. imo 1 will be hers

i'm glad she isn't going to apologize she doesn't need too in public like that, it will be humiliating its seems the emmys just wanted a chance to exploit her. the VMA's negativity had a small impact on gimme more's airplay it had a small dip but now its bullet has recovered and over 1000 again. the media and dj's may be slagging her off but they like the song, its such a strong comeback track maybe the strongest of the year overcoming all the bad attention.

without a doubt the biggest ego in the music biz and definately over rated, his rapping style is very similar to p diddle, in parts of stronger you can't tell them apart. kanye may be a good producer but as a performer he is average at best. also his personality stinks, is he going to throw a hissy fit everytime he loses? grow up cry baby and be a man that can handle losing

oh goody finally some new info!! i love the title King & Queen when i read it i immediately thought carnival king and queen so it could be revisting carabbien & latin fusion which i would love to hear again from wyclef and shakira if its as strong as HDL production then i'll be very happy. i think this will be a strong ecclectic album by wyclef covering many genres with lots of fusion, he has an interesting array of artists. track 4 sound like it will be middle eastern fusion. track 5 rap, track 8 will be R'n'B soap opera drama like his previous track with mary j "911". track 7 folk fusion. track 10 downtempo jazzy bluesy. track 13 i am really intrigued to hear i love the title and it could be the strongest track on the album the carnival summer track with HDL vibe. i really want wyclef to do well and outsell arrogant and egotistical rappers like 50 pence and kanye krap. come on wyclef beat them & scoop awards!! i'm listening to "gone till november" its so good!! a subtle and laidback track and the makin runs remix is midtempo feel good head nod version. wyclef is an amazing writer, producer and remixer and working with shakira again is great news!!

sorry essay alert!! :coffee: it started out as a paragraph and but it blew up :rolleyes: i don't see it that way, she had control over the first single and she pushed for "don't bother" but in sony's eyes it wasn't like WW or LT so they said "look shakira we did what you wanted for the first single but now lets go for the hip shaker HDL". they told her "you gave us 1 hip shaker for DELL, another one in LS and another in FO1". but whats important is that all these uptempo fusion tracks are all very different from each other, shakira didn't give them another WW or LT cause HDL is nothing like them musically & lyrically. i think what really matters to shakira is wanting control over the album rather than singles. its all about the album for her. the singles are about attracting buyers to buy her eclectic album and boy were they in for a surprise when they discovered OF2 was uncommercial sounding that HDL was the exception and not the rule. did she really do any promo for FO1 after HDL? LP was released cause she was about to tour or was touring south america i forgotten her schedule :wacko: LDLI was a gift it wasn't fully released, sony did nothing to support it. also LDLI was filmed only cause i think the priority was on PI which could on the tour dvd as a bonus. its use is to help promote the DVD. i think so it makes sense, why not film PI while filing LDLI? it seems crazy and a miss oportunity if they didn't surely sony aren't that stupid!!?? the mistake sony made was waiting 8 months with the follow up to HDL. they could have gone with "illegal" after 4 months and then squeeze in animal city at the time of "illegal" actual release. timing is a factor and to blame. also shakira seemed to have had negotiated with sony maybe in her contract that they don't make her do promo work when she is getting ready to tour and when she is touring. sony should have moved faster before she started touring but then you could say why should they if the monster HDL is still selling so much and doing the job of 2 huge singles. they met their targets with both albums, releasing a 4th single wasn't really needed, it would eat into their massive profits. i think sony and shakira will learn from this era the 2 part album crossover hasn't been done before, this is virgin ground both will learn from it and the next era will be slicker i'm sure!

this is a strong single....hot beat, fresh sounding with a super catchy chorus it can't fail!! like thisispop wrote i have the same feeling about this like i did with rihanna's "umbrella" and sean kingston that means it will be #1 in UK no doubt about that at all, easy too!! i see top3 in US its more complicated there but i see it at #1 too.

whats you favourite remix? also list some of the best ones from the 90s and this decade. sometimes the best remixed R'n'B tracks get to be chosen as the single versions like in my top3 remixes. they are supreme in every way. the first 2 tracks are totally reworked which is what the best remixes should be SWV "Right Here" Human Nature Remix from 1993 LypssOHAOv0 this is the remix from one of their cd singles featuring michael jackson verses vocals too what a great intro!! the best R'n'B remix and use of a sample of all time? maybe its certainly a contender. a quality mash up from the early 90s. its a feelgood track a classic summer anthem its remixed by the one and only super 90s producer teddy riley of blackstreet, totally transforming the original version, its resung with coko's distinctive honey glazed voice and swv's youthful harmonies over the tough new jack swing beat. next up Destiny's Child "No No No" Part II 1998 still sounds so fresh today, wyclef taking the original downtempo turning it into an uptempo masterpiece. that hot beat by wyclef and once again its resung by beyonce with that amazing fast talking singing style she does just amazing! plus add to that the great group silky smooth harmonies. this remix is perfection GagszFJ1jkw mariah next with "fantasy" bad boy remix feat ODB 1995 excellent use of a sample again, great vocals by mariah and love ODB slurred drunk like rapping style in contrast with mariah's sweet dreamy voice. a supreme remix by p diddle (stick to producing puffy) 2zocNOgJsrY any more good ones to add? go ahead and list them....

the way i see it, its all about the solo female acts, hugeness i am expecting to see kylie (singles and album) she has huge public support and the media's favourite, madonna (singles and album but not as good as COAD) and dido (album wise) all solid sellers here. worldwide dido, mariah & madonna. britney i'm not sure about it could be eratic. she may do really well and be HUGE worldwide at first thanks to her lead single but may under perform long term cause her private life may affect sales. the kids custody battle right bang in her comeback is bad timing!! the media will play favourites with all this female competition and she is an easy target. however britney has set the pace with a strong single and deserves to do well, the other solo singers will have to step it up to match her and beat her, its definately an exciting period coming up to hear all the lead singles from all the acts coming back.

i'm impressed i really like this, the chorus is so catchy it grabs you on first listen a good indication of a good and successful track in the making!! also its great to dance too. i see this doing really well and definate #1 in the UK no doubt and my female intuition is always right!! the only thing i don't like about it is when the producer starts talking at the end its not needed, remove him!!
