he lost cause he is "a joke" thats no longer funny what i mean is his band always had the p*** take factor ie the send up factor in the songs and in the videos the problem with that is you don't get taken seriously and the joke can get tiresome, the way he reacted shows he was a bad loser, i love it when you can egotistical artists are exposed the same thing happened with kanye west when he lost at MTV he threw a hissy fit i think a lot of votes went to schooch as a joke, two things were happening they got some votes from the public cause they thought this is what eurovision is all about the other countries will respond well to it (thats what they think) but crucially some subversive people saw how awful and cheesy it was they voted to sabotage our entry cause eurovison is seen as naff and know we'll do badly so they wanted to f*** things up even more

i agree Timbo is not in the running, it will do well though top#5 but its a 2 horse race imo between beautiful liar and brainstorm, i'd bet on artics, they look like doing promo work to support the single where as beyonce and shakira won't (shakira is stil touring) this will be another factor that will make artics #1

good review, the opening line is correct, shakira will always struggle here cause some britons won't accept the fact she is singing in her 3rd language so she won't be taken seriously or will veer be in their mind credible, its their loss!! i can't see Madonna, Beyoncé and J-Lo be able to carry a tour with just them on the stage without back up dancers all the time plus shakira's musical journey is much broader where as M, B and J are quite narrow, shakira is different and unique in that sense

wow how many weeks has it been since FO1 release and to see a number 1 single from it at this stage....amazing!!! only shakira!! well deserved one of my favourite tracks, sony should make a video for LDLI/Pure Intuition it can be a tour montage if they want to save money and not dip into FO1/OF2 profits and use this as video/promo to push the tour DVD release coming soon with a bonus track Pure Intuition on there, i wish they'd do this!! it makes sense, release PI in the rest of europe including the UK maybe even USA too, sony do this!! oh and also release the Hex Hector Dance Remix on cd the single
