perfecto

don't it just!!! i can't decide which is my fave part....the shakira 2nd verse in the mystical forest or the instrumental breakdown with the belly dancing, love these ladies together

it should be very soon cause the song has just been released on itunes in the US so i hope it does well and starts leaping it was number one on TRL yesterday it now has a run of 4 days at #1 mediabase update....the song is up to #29 the bullet is a very healthy 829 :cheer:

have a great holiday B) UK weather is c**p i don't blame ya, hey just do one thing bring the sunshine back with you ;)

i'm in love  with a song and its this one, i can't get enough of it and shakira's emotive singing at the end

i think she has a day off and was still here....i'll bet you anything that she spent the day in a museum/gallery somewhere in london maybe the tate modern....not looking at art but sliding down slides

that bit was awful  poor tea bag he is a great character (excellent actor) but its not looking good for him

the freemason remixes are really good, i can see radio stations playing a radio version edit, i hope the Deja vu Liar Remix is just as good

oh i get it now now i know what the bullet is B) cool keep us updated, growers need time to grow but it may explode

amazing night!! so many highlights the intro to estoy aqui, the classics, "no" performance and the hip shaking songs, HDL was so good live!! its like the video performance come to life, i really couldn't handle it if shakira didn't make hip shakers in the future cause live they are so awesome! loved it! and them! cut chemist were good the first track was repetitve but the others were really good the sampling was great blur, MIA & missy and the scratching and editing in sync at the end, nice work! but forget them shakira rocked london!! and how!!

wow i love shakira vocal intro, she sounds spaced out like talking while dreaming and then the strings come in its beautiful, miguel has a deep and mature voice but it works with shakira's soft voice like father and daughter vibe to it, but what are they singing about anyone can translate for me? the production is great very atmospheric and moody but these are positives...trip hop sounding, on first listen really impressed!! the end vocal parts by shakira are moving her voice has such feeling i love that about shakira's singing i'm typing as i'm listening oh there is Irish folkish sounds coming in at the end....great track!!

here is the track listing for the UK single release.... CD1: 1. Beautiful Liar 2. Beautiful Liar - Freemasons Remix CD2: 1. Beautiful Liar 2. Beautiful Liar - Freemasons Remix 3. Beautiful Liar - Maurice Joshua Remix 4. Deja vu Liar - Freemasons Remix [TBC] 5. Beautiful Liar - CD-Rom Video the most interesting part is track 4 (if it is confirmed) this could be a mash up of two tracks also there will be a vinyl release... 1. Beautiful Liar - Freemasons Remix 2. Beautiful Liar - Maurice Joshua Remix 3. Beautiful Liar - Album Version maybe a DVD single release too? (according to hmv) notice no spanish version and no reggaeton remix for the UK market? should they have been added? other european releases may get it i can't wait!! all these formats should really boost sales, can they take on the monkeys for #1?

what program is best to use to play .rar files cause i can't seem to play it  this suggests that they did a new vocal version, its not just teh addition of him rapping, maybe it new vocals with new lyrics and he is playing the liar in the remix, this is exciting i can't wait to hear it, it clever they have covered their bases they have a midtempo grower, a dance remix coming up, a reggaeton remix, spanish version they are targeting all genres and a wider market

capital will come on board any day now i'm sure of it so should kiss fm they may play the freemasons remix edit instead of the radio edit they did that with Deja Vu but where is the UK promo CD (i want to see track listing) it hasn't surfaced on ebay yet but the US Pomo CD is here but no artwork....shame http://cgi.ebay.com/BEYONCE-SHAKIRA-Beauti...1QQcmdZViewItem

well i'm a bit happy BL is C List BUT we all know what radio 1 did to shakira last year, imo HDL could have sold an extra 100k if she had their support, they are going to have to do better than C list if they want us to forgive their sorry a$$es

its always a battle in the UK charts if a song has shakira in it cause some radio stations won't play her, apparently galaxy 102 is only playing the beyonce version! (you see what i mean) if airplay is high (it can't get lower than hips don't lie's airplay) then it has a chance at #1 especially if beyonce and shakira come to the UK to support it now that would be something to see! but they have got strong competition top#3.....easy #1...not so easy

this shouldn't turn into a shakira Vs beyonce both have distinctive voices and are good at what they do capbale of writing and producing too which makes them more credible than many female "artists", beyonce may be influenced by shakira it shows in beautiful liar the way she mixes R'n'B, latin and middle eastern sounds but its only cause she is a fan of hers and has been after this collabo for over a year, beyonce makes R'n'B/Pop its quite narrow where as shakira has more freedom musically she doesn't stick to one sound....its really shows in her uncommercial oral fixation albums, its got fusion, depth too and is always distinctive lyrically

BL has a release date in the UK....2nd April (download) and 16th April (physical) i'm sure it'll be a 2 cd set (2 track double A single with Upgrade U) and CD2 with remixes and possibly video also a vinyl? with exclusive mixes i hope the cover has Bee and Shak

^^^very nice and steady, i still think in the US this song will need support by beyonce to boost it so it reaches its full potential but she doesn't have to do any promo work in Europe or Aus they will take to the song much faster and give it a few #1s

oh i see....radio 1 are trying to get into our good books!? <_< well for their information i may forgive but i'll never forget!! NEVER!! you hear me you bast*rds!!! you bast*rds from hell!! YES YOU!! we're too cool for shakira, humpfh! you are going to have to do more to get me to listen to your $h!t!! yes $h!t!! i don't mean BL i mean their $h!t as in their spewing on the frequency :puke2: well at least my question has been answered :D and its looking good at this stage, great timing too, it has a good chance as the weeks go on to progess up to B then A if we are very lucky but those pesky Monkey are going to be Trouble with a capital T (see word) uh oh i see a potential battle brewing on the 16th but maybe the Artics will release an EP or do something to the track listing to make the physical single inelligable it happened to them before, doubtful though the slimest of chances, oh well UK shakira fans are used to battles....bring it!! :arrr:

say it aint so :cry:please not him anybody but him, its cool though i don't have to put up with him singing cause i have seats i can go outside for a bit till the trauma is over :cheer:

^^^ great news!! its just the start i hope it can break into the top50 next week

BL has a release date in the UK....2nd April (download) and 16th April (physical) i'm sure it'll be a 2 cd set (2 track double A single with Upgrade U) and CD2 with remixes and possibly video source: http://www.rcalabelgroup.co.uk/news/4979/0/ what will be beyonce and shakira's competition in those weeks? any big tracks that might take them on?

this can't be the freemason's remix can it!? maybe its only got beyonce's vocals or have they cut shakira's parts out? damn shame if its without shakira A listed songs get played the most on radio 1, they have heavy rotation and C has the least plays, radio 1 is the biggest radio station here in the UK they have a big influence on the chart and sales its rare for a song to do well or reach #1 without radio 1 play listing it unless the artist or group do a massive promo tour including TV to help generate sales, thats why HDL was such a big deal when it got to 1 here, it did it without radio 1's help and without shakira doing any promo work to support it i feel there is something dodgy going on at radio 1, someone high up dislikes shakira with a passion and have black listed her songs...they see her as foriegn, she isn't north american or british (majority of the music they play) and english isn't her first language so they don't want her on the radio
