thank you thank you :D but tis not neccesary....its good to be back and i'm eager to start supporting BL UK release. lets see if we can get Beyonce and Shakira a number #1 here again i hope it won't be as tough as HDL

i'll be there :D last time i saw shakira live was 4 years ago and i'm expecting greatness once again looking forward to hearing her songs with a live band especially la tortura, i wonder if there will many colombian flags like last time, it looked like the london latin community turned up to make shakira feel at home

Pies Descalzos Era: Antologia = 5 Te Necesito = 4 Vuelve = 6 Te Espero Sentado = 10 Donde Estan Los Ladrones Era: Si Te Vas = 20 Octavo Dia = 6 Que Vuelvas = 10 Donde Estan Los Ladrones = 4 Laundry Service Era: Fool = 6 Fixations Era: En Tus Pupilas = 3 La Pared = 12 Dia Especial = 8 Escondite Ingles = 4 Las De La Intuicion = 14 How Do You Do? = 6 Animal City = 19 The Day And The Time = 6 Dreams For Plans = 8+ Hey You = 5- Your Embrace = 5 Costume Makes The Clown = 3 Timor = 4

there is no release date yet but its going to get a release here soon to coincide wit the B'Day re-release next month i think there is a chance, if it does really well in the US....radio 1 may be influenced by that plus the fact its a associated with beyonce (who has a history of being A listed a few times in the past) this may help fight the anti shakira feeling at radio 1, so i think yes it will but only B listed at best

 no not really... in rehab :hithead: :hic: :puke:

we all know radio 1s reluctance to play shakira songs even when HDL reached #1 they were stubborn and didn't playlist it, in fact they haven't playlisted any of her last few releases what are BL chances of being playlisted? good chances?

shakira's profile will go up, the more hits she has in the UK the more people see she is here to stay and is in the big league can get #1s but let see if BL can do it i see boosting of LS and OF2 (£6.99 hmv) maybe even FO1 cause it is retailing for £3.99 in hmv

i love this song and the production with the beat, the flamenco hand claps, the trumpets and arabian instruments, the best part is the dance break when the beat drops at 2:36 then shakira and beyonce start to belly dance...chills!!

i love it!! you can tell beyonce is a fan of shakira she did her homework alright by mixing latin and arabic sounds with R'n'B, it sounds exotic and fresh, this is going to be HUGE....MONSTER even

i don't see this album recovering here in the UK, i think her record company will target the US more

this could go HUGE in the UK, there aren't many big songs around ready to storm the charts, beyonce and shakira are offering something completely different musically something exotic sounding i hope the response is flooring, question is will the basturds at radio1 still black list shakira? will they play this song?

it has a chance of doing really well i'm expecting an easy top10 but got to be catious, the US may be the toughest market to get #1 in but with both beyonce and shakira they could do it, but no question european #1 easy!!

i love the interaction and shakira's smiles when she says her name, the dancing is amazing all that hip action plus the idea of mirroring each other great idea and well done the editing is perfect!

look what i found on ebay the Uk promo cd of illegal with sonybmg info/stats on shakira... now its time for her next number one  hello!! without any promo sony?? <_< http://i14.ebayimg.com/03/i/000/85/93/34f3_1_b.JPG

even if it was recorded its too late to film the video with shakira, cause she will be leaving for europe any day now, beyonce can't ask her to film it between now till mid march cause shakira has tour commitments so this is not beyonce's next single unless!! beyonce will release the duet version to radio and have the beyonce only vocal version for the video without shakira

pure intuition all the way!! pure intuition is really strong its distinctive, uptempo, has commercial appeal, its a positive song about love, great lyrics, has dance club appeal its can't fail!! although its not on the album so maybe a double a side, i'd like to see PI to promote her european tour with animal city or risky timor

we have stabilization and boosting!! only by one position but its still a climb....this week HDL went from #44 to #43 :cheer: thanks to last weeks epsiode of ugly betty and the producer selma hayek for including HDL, selma and shakira have a couple of things in common both latin americans and both half lebanese, i hope selma features more shakira in future episodes i'd like to hear la tortura next! i think shakira's music and style or making songs is very distinctive so i'm sure they would have been very good, one of shakira's strength is her lyrical quality so as words on a page they would have been poetic
