I do think Funhouse is really good! But looking at the line she has set out, it is one that is heading downward quite fast, with TTAL being a huge step down for me, and Funhouse not being as brilliant as IND was. All I'm saying is she needs to up her game.

I completely agree! I have enjoyed her records after I'm Not Dead, but she never delivered an amazing album since IND, imo.

You can't be serious, right? :lol: I'd say The Truth About Love is her most mainstream album yet! I do hope her next effort is far from what TTAL is, as I never really got into it, even though there are some excellent tracks on there. I'm hoping she takes a bit more risks on the next album and gets some of that edge back she used to have.

This film is all about Julianne Moore's performance, she is mind blowing! The monologue she gives had me in tears, such a powerful film!

I saw this in December and loved it. It's a great film about a fantastic artist. The cinematography was outstanding and don't get met started on Timothy Spall. He really should have gotten the Academy Award nomination.

Sounds quite good on first listen. Wonder how he will sound performing this live, as he is quite hit and (mostly) miss.
