The Buzzjack Sunday Chart Show Thread
I'll repeat this in case no-one read it, but there was less than 1% difference in sales between Michael Buble and JLS in the album chart this week.

The Buzzjack Sunday Chart Show Thread
I've just read that Michael Buble beat JLS by less than a 1% margin in the album chart! It was that close!

And I was glad that they were no.2 then! I remember with their first album they were so cocky that they were gonna beat Robbie to the no.1 album, so they deserve to not be no.1!

I'm glad One Direction are no.3! And a bonus is that JLS are no.2 in the album chart! Not so cocky now are you JLS!

Sunday Chart Predictions
How can One Direction be no.1 when they are no.5 on iTunes? They're also at no.12 on Amazon. I really hope Rihanna gets the no.1 again because I can't stand One Direction. I also hope that either Snow Patrol or Michael Buble increase in sales and sell more than JLS. I can't stand those smug morons as well.

How is Cher Lloyd still no.5 in the singles chart when the song is a lot lower on iTunes? Surely the physical single isn't selling that much?

Another mistake Music Week have made, Professor Green has already been no.1 with Read All About It.

Sunday Chart Predictions
UK Midweek Chart update: new sales high for Florence Ceremonials has already achieved the highest weekly career sales to date in the UK for Florence + The Machine just four days into its release. The Island album is set to debut at number one on the artist albums chart this coming Sunday having sold around 72,000 copies up to the close of business on Wednesday, according to the Official Charts Company. That is already more than the highest sales Florences first album Lungs managed across an entire week. Lungs debuted at number two in July 2009 after selling 63,020 copies, which remains the most copies it has sold in a week, despite eventually spending two weeks at number one the following January. It has now sold around 1.4 million units in the UK. Ceremonials is currently about 55% ahead in sales of its nearest challenger, Parlophone act Coldplays Mylo Xyloto, whose sales are down 72% on the week having debuted at number one last Sunday. On singles the Virgin single Read All About It by Professor Green featuring Emeli Sande has extended its lead over fellow new release With Ur Love by Sycos Cher Lloyd featuring Mike Posner and now looks like becoming Greens first chart-topping single. The full midweek singles and albums charts are on musicweek.com.

She's finally dropped to no.2! Imagine if she ended up at no.4 or 5 by Sunday!

The Monday Chart
Yeah but it's not a name like Emma or Louise, it's a name that not many people have. And when people said Cher two years ago, they only had 1 person in their minds. Now there's another one, and she disgraces the name!

Sunday Chart Predictions
I can't believe that C.Lloyd is no.1 again! Who the hell is buying that crap song, especially after that underpar performance on The X Factor?
-
The Monday Chart
I hate it that people call her just Cher. Her name is Cher Lloyd. We already have one Cher, so please don't call that two bit rapper the same name as a true legend.

Sunday Chart Predictions
Am I the only one who's suprised how well Matts album has sold? 28,000 on day 1 is great, especially since the bad receiving of RFYL and compared to Joes 39k in week 1. So, it could sell 70,000+ this week. Based on the poor single choice, I think he's doing quite well. I can't see Steps catching up with him so he should have the no.2 album, which is quite good.

Should Charity/X Factor Winners physical singles be scrapped
I disagree with not releasing the physical CD because from the artist point of view, as the winning single is being sold for £3.99 and we know that a lot of the physical CDs are brought, then the artist will get a decent amount of money from the sales of the CD. I personally think the artist gets paid around 100k from the sales of the winning single due to the fact that the majority of sales are from the CD and not the download. If they scrap the CD, then the sales of the winning single will drop massively to around 500k at most as most of the winning singles sell around 800k.

iTunes Chart: October 2011 (I)
I hope Rihanna isn't gonna be no.1! I really want Maroon 5/Christina to have it this week. What a dumb idea releasing on a Wednesday. Why not just release it next Monday?

LEAST Favourite of 2000s best selling singles
Yay! It would have been a travesty if Spiller won. I'm glad All Saints won!
-
LEAST Favourite of 2000s best selling singles
How can anyone vote for Pure Shores when Spiller has been very close to going in so many rounds?

I was thinking the same thing lol!

How Spiller hasn't been knocked out yet, when it's been so close to going out almost every round, is beyond me!

Sunday Chart Predictions
I know yeah, he may even go back in the top 5 by tomorrow. From 11 to 8 to 6! I can see this album selling 300,000 this year, especially with that X Factor appearance. You heard it from me first!

Sunday Chart Predictions
So an increase of no.9 to no.6 for Joe McElderry? He will probably sell another 20k plus this week, he may increase to 120k this week.

LEAST Favourite of 2001s best selling singles
How could anyone have voted for Gabrielles Out of Reach? It was the best song there, now yet again four crap songs are still there.

Biggest Selling X Factor Hits by Official Charts Company
Shayne Wards album sales need to be changed. His debut 'Shayne Ward' sold 531,659 copies up until November 2010, not 460,000. And 'Breathless' didn't sell 400,000, it sold 459,545 copies up until November 2010, as seen below. http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=121282

One Direction - What Makes You Beautiful
I don't really rate it that much in my opinion. I've heard a lot better! However, as it's supposed to be number 2 or 1 on pre-orders then it'll probably be number 1. Especially if that pile of crap Swagger Jagger can get to number 1.
