Umi, Jenifer was "the French Will Young" as she was the first winner of the Star Academy in January 2002. I can tell you she was very successful and popular from 2002 to around 2008. For Carly Rae Jepsen, you can also notice her disappointing start in the US. Thanks for your comments. :)
