Lowest charting follow up from No1 single?
The Saturdays last song was No1, and Gentleman has reached No14 (unlikely to peak higher). Now usually when you've had a No1 single, you're considered 'in' and you have an almost guaranteed top 10 hit to follow, and/or a high selling album. The Saturdays have done, I'm sure there are other occasions. I know Roll deep had 2 No1's, followed by a No29 hit, followed by a new album which got to No55, containing the 2 No1's

Longest gaps between returning to No1
Just wondering if one direction had returned to No1 this week, that would be three weeks after its last stint. But also falling to No6 before returning. I would assume once a single has left the top five sales start slowing down, and would have no chance of going back to No1. Are there are any scenarios previously where this has happened? Longest gap between returning to No1 Biggest fall before returning to No1

Just been looking at today's itunes chart, as I don't listen to a lot of radio. Can anyone tell me why Eagle Eye Cherry is so high? I know that song is over ten years old. Good song, just was surprised to see that there

How can Album Sales be increased again?
I don't understand how people think £8 is too much for an album, yet that's only two meals at mcdonalds, or three drinks in a nightclub. To me £8 is not a lot considering you have that album for life and can load it onto your computer and ipod.

50 Highest Grossing Tours Of 2009
Really?!!! That never occured to me  You'll make a great detective or businessman one day, whichever you want to be. Have a nice day. ps. My dad's called Steve, not 201 though. Could be the two hundred and first steve in my family, you never know, that'd be such a coincidence. Do you have a boyfriend or girlfriend, or wife called Vicki by any chance?

My Top 50 Singles Of 2009
30. Taylor Swift Love Song A nice Disney song for Adults imo 29. La Roux In For The Kill 28. Aqua Back To The 80's Aqua are one of my guilty gems, I loved them when they were first around (I was ten), and I still like them now. I only wish this song had done better, I think it only made top 200. 27. Kelly Clarkson Already Gone A really sad song 'I want you to know, you could'nt have loved me better. But I want you to move on, so I'm already gone'. Another song that should have done much much better. 26. Temper Trap Disposition Would I have heard this song had it not be on that channel 4 during the leeds festival? Probably not, but I'm glad I did. 25. T.I ft Justin Timberlake Dead And Gone Was not really a fan of Justin Timberlake, but he's grown on me a lot in the last two years. He seems to have matured with his music, rather than trying to imitate Michael Jackson, and this is a great example I feel. 24. Alicia Keys Doesn't Mean Anything Another one of my favourite artists right now. Melts me with her voice, could listen to her all day. 23. Shakira She Wolf Aaaaaahooooh 22. Calvin Harris I'm Not Alone Just an immense dance tune for a night out 21. Hudson ft Kanye West Supernova Kanye West has also grown on me musicwise. Not personality wise after that incident at the music awards with taylor swift, but I prefer this song to yours sorry Taylor

40. Akon Beautiful Probably the only Akon song I have liked  39. Eminem We Made You I enjoy Eminem, some funny lyrics and a brilliant video. Nice to have him back 38. Beyonce Knowles Sweet Dreams She gives me lots of sweet dreams  37. Kasabian Fire Nice bit of catchy guitar, fairly decent song. 36. Coldplay Strawberry Swing One of my favourites when I brought their album last year, happy it got released. Interesting video too. 35. Jamie Cullum I'm all over it I believe him to be one of the best British singers right now, and it's a shame this song didn't do well, only reaching No55. But I love it, and that's what counts :D Not to mention how hot he looks in that hotel uniform in the video :P 34. Cheryl Cole ft Will.i.am Three words Now I love Girls Aloud, but Cheryl is the weakest singer. However three words is even more bizarre than most of the girls aloud collection. And I have to say it intrigues me. Sometimes I find this song so terrible, other times I think it's brilliant. I can't make my mind up, is it a piece of genius, or crap. For now I like it a lot. 33. David Guetta ft Kelly Rowland When Love Takes Over Got to be one of the best songs of the summer. This has to be better than the majority of Beyonce songs, not that says a lot in my opinion. 32. Pussycat Dolls Jai Ho This is my favourite Pussycat Dolls song. Everytime Jai ho is repeated, I sing along 31. JLS Beat Again Unfortunately JLS have gone down the route of another cheesy boy band. I like the lads, but I won't be buying their album. However this song is very good.

48. Robbie Williams Bodies I'm so glad Robbie Williams is back. I loved his music and charisma so much before. Not his best song, however I think he was unfairly criticised, it sounds different to anything else on the radio. Plus it's good he tried something different. However I do think I have overplayed this. 47.Pitball I Know You Want Me I put this in the 'it's so bad it's good' category. I wouldn't go out of my way to listen to it again, it is awful, yet I can't help but smile and chuckle a little when I hear it. 46. Girls Aloud The Loving Kind An ok song from them, however had they released memory of you, that would have been far higher. However if I start including unreleased songs, it would be a right mess. 45. Keri Hilson ft Neyo + Kanye West Knock You Down I do in general detest a lot of this R'n'B collaborations that get brought up, as I think they are hardly inspired. Yet every now and again, a gem like this gets picked up. And it gives out a positive message. 44. Chipmunk Oopsy Daisy An irresistable chorus in my opinion, and the mix works well 43. Take That Said It All One of the group's best songs I think. The less is more approach works here I think 42. Alesha Dixon Breathe slow I don't really like this anymore. However I played it a lot when it came out so I think it must deserve some mention 41. Daniel Merriweather Red For some reason I really don't like the video where he munches his face up so hard. Not a good look. But a brilliant song none the less

50. Cobra Starship Good Girls Go Bad Not my cup of tea when I first heard it, but it's grown on me a lot. Still I think it deserves to be the first song mentioned here.

My Top 50 Singles Of 2009
I have compiled a list of One Song per artist to give my favourites of last year. It took me a while to compile the list, as I really thought about what songs I preferred over others, and also which song I should choose for each artist. I of course used the song that would give them the best placing in my chart. Hope you enjoy. First of all 50-41

Songs that made top 10 on itunes
I was just wondering. I know Robbie Williams 'you know me' had a short period at No10, but it doesn't look like it will be going back there, to get him into official chart top 10 unfortunately

iTunes Chart // Mid-April
The physical must've had a big impact cos I'm surprised they're no11, when they're probably about 15 or 16 on itunes (combined), and is about the same or lower elsewhere

*idea* The Sound of Girls Aloud 2
perhaps if untouchable misses top ten, they'll release another song, cos they won't have to worry about the record anymore. I don't think they're that bothered about it tbh. While it's a great achievement, i think it's more to please their fans who wish to keep it intact

I meant 'pay 80p'. It was a mis-type

I would've thought it's catching up. Why would you 80p for a song, when you can buy it for 30p?

Girls Aloud • Untouchable
While I do like the song, I think it's time to do something more uptempo. We know these girls for their innovative attitude fesity girls songs, when it's been since august 2007 since they last did an uptempo. Personally i think miss you bow wow would do well (perhaps a radio edit, cos it may get repetitive). Though i don't believe it yet, cos there has no mention of the third single on the main site
