MONSTA X - The Dreaming
1. One Day 2. You Problem 3. Tied to Your Body 4. Whispers in the Dark 5. Blame Me 6. Secrets 7. About Last Night 8. Better 9. Blow Your Mind 10. The Dreaming 'Secrets'... is that the same track as the one in 'One Of A Kind' mini-album? ===== U4_pc_Gqrvk 6-member (or 5, as Shownu is currently on mandatory service in South Korea) group returns with another English-language song since the album ALL ABOUT LUV last year and 'Secrets' from the mini-album One Of A Kind last June. https://twitter.com/Jeff__Benjamin/status/1...180591523815426 Apparently there will be another English album. I have a feeling that there better be. The song is decent. One of the better English songs they have. I prefer 'YOU CAN'T HOLD MY HEART' 'SOMEONE'S SOMEONE' and 'WHO DO U LOVE? (will.i.am Remix)' though.

Porter Robinson - nurture
Hmm... The Air 2 Earth preview sounds more interesting than most of the nurture album, but... live-only? I guess because the stuff are samples-heavy. And, thinking about Porter Robinson generally, I don't find nurture memorable... not that Worlds was a memorable album either except for a few tracks. The albums hold some kind of sentimentality or spiritual feeling and sound "distinctive" but the tracks themselves are mostly not that great... I prefer Virtual Self (his first side project).

The Wanted - Most Wanted: The Greatest Hits
Another Greatest Hits with a deluxe edition... Why is a deluxe edition even a thing for Greatest Hits. Anyway, whatever the tracklist for it, it's gonna be exciting! They have a lot of crackin' tunes!

Elton John - The Lockdown Sessions
Terrible album title. Simple as that.
-
The Script - Tales from The Script: Greatest Hits
Great tracklist. No missing track I could think of that is a massive blow. Maybe 'Something Unreal' but that's okay for me.

Rain Radio thread
Why hasn't the single artwork been changed? It's so poor quality. LOL

What Youtubers are you currently watching?
Poofesure, for some of his Wii videos (and rages). He plays/played Wii Party and various Wii Sports sports. Edit: And I guess a bit of Smallant1/SmallAnt to check his weird (or insane) Pokemon/Mario Odyssey/Breath Of The Wild challenges.

BTS - Butter
Megan was kinda amusing in her featuring (Ahhh!). Her parts were a tad louder than the Bangtan boys though. And I can actually understand the "Smooth like (butter), Haters (lovers)" part better.

Halsey - If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power
Interesting change of direction, there are some chill ones and some rock and they fit in the tracklist, but somewhat not memorable at the same time (at least for now). Having that said, it's more enjoyable than the last two albums. It's almost like her own take on 'folklore' and 'evermore'. 'Easier than Lying', 'Girl is a Gun' and 'I am not a woman...' are early standouts. BADLANDS still her best though...

TWICE - The Feels
That's a lot of time to wait and I know it's going to be huge in many Asian countries but I don't know yet in the US. Don't care about its performance in the UK though.

Ed Sheeran - =
Orange, green, blue... now red. And... he skipped subtraction and went for the equation. Maybe - will cause some technical issues concerning digital releases or something.

What next for… David Guetta?
I feel like Guetta is all over the place with no clear direction on what to do in his current point in music career. Doing some Slap House, some poppy House (whatever the current trend it is, at least in the UK) and everything in between, I don't know if he is ever releasing a "commercial" album again...

OUT OUT (with Joel Corry & Jax Jones)
I was expecting another boring house track , turns out it's a bop that samples 'Alor on danse' amusingly with decent female vocals.

The Weeknd - Dawn FM
Extended version of 'Take My Breath' is super cool. It's closer to the The Dawn Is Coming teaser audio. And I thought the song would be about this long originally.

Elderbrook thread
Wasn't sure about this at first. Bob Moses were doing some magical dance stuff in their Desire record last year and I'm starting to get a bit of those similar magical vibes from this track now.

Twin Atlantic - Transparency
Hmm... it's similar to their POWER album, but the synths are tamed this time. I don't know if there's a new album coming soon or this is just a standalone track.

Slipknot - We Are Not Your Kind
RIP former member Joey Jordison. :( He was great in the first 4 albums he was in. One of the reasons I enjoy Slipknot's music. This album is also almost two years old already... It was a fun album mostly, though I think .5 was more enjoyable.

Who owns artist Spotify pages?
I think their labels/manager/staff own and manage the artist pages. The artists have little or no control over their Spotify pages. The labels are the ones requesting to remove tracks from streaming services. Depends on artists and label though. "Independent" or unsigned acts manage their own pages and their label/imprint is an extension or something.

The Kid LAROI - F*CK LOVE
Didn't expect another edition of FL3. I guess that's the last one for the FL era, but I won't be surpised if there's another one or something.

How Do You Think Amy Winehouse’s third album would have done
Chances are the 3rd album would do well commercially regardless of how it sounded but not sell as much as Back To Black. She would likely slowly lose her fame and commercial success but her legacy would remain and particularly BTB.

Bullet For My Valentine - Bullet For My Valentine
1. Parasite 2. Knives 3. My Reverie 4. No Happy Ever After 5. Can't Escape The Waves 6. B*st*rds 7. Rainbow Veins 8. Shatter 9. Paralysed 10. Death By A Thousand Cuts They're back with a different sound from their previous album 'Gravity'... which was also different from everything before. The album is self-titled because... the band/album's got a 'v' and two consecutive 'l's to make a vii? Though it's probably some marketing ploy like is "them" at their innermost core or something. Not that anyone cares about this band (they're not in prime years anymore), but I still do. They have some great songs and 'Knives', though I wasn't sure at first for its unusually less melodic composition, is rocking! xhMS1v-z6qA (Official video contains flashing imagery so I'm not posting that.)

VIZE thread
Papa Roach's singer sounded a bit corny in the song (and I'm not much into the slower slap house for some reason). It's kinda a surprising collab though. I still prefer their tracks with Tokio Hotel. Slap house gems they are.
-
Everything Everything - Natural's Not in It
The original song wasn't great in the first place and the cover isn't much more interesting... I'll stick to RE-ANIMATOR and SUPERNORMAL. They are a lot more magical to me.

VIZE thread
Oh, more VIZE and Tokio Hotel collab? 'White Lies' was a choon. I wonder if this is similar or something very different.

Muse - Origin Of Symmetry (XX Anniversary RemiXX)
Tracklist (vinyl): New Born (XX Anniversary RemiXX) Bliss (XX Anniversary RemiXX) Space Dementia (XX Anniversary RemiXX) Hyper Music (XX Anniversary RemiXX) Plug In Baby (XX Anniversary RemiXX) Citizen Erased (XX Anniversary RemiXX) Micro Cuts (XX Anniversary RemiXX) Screenager (XX Anniversary RemiXX) Darkshines (XX Anniversary RemiXX) Feeling Good (XX Anniversary RemiXX) Futurism (XX Anniversary RemiXX) Megalomania (XX Anniversary RemiXX)Muse are releasing a new version of their 2001 album, with tracks given new mixes. 'Citizen Erased' is sounding fresher with louder drums! I'm rather excited for this. It's a nice way to take a trip back to this album or be (re)introduced to this. (Even though it says "RemiXX" in the subtitle, it's not a remix/rework from external producers like in the Deftones 'White Pony/Black Stallion' release)
