Yes, although you have to take into account that Rude's streaming is going to be bigger than CSL.

I wasn't expecting this at all, I'm really surprised. This morning when both songs were released I thought Magic would have already overtaken her by now.

Cheryl has 3 number #1, not #2, but I don't know if she can debut at #1. If she does another Fight For This Love or Call My Name then yes, she can achieve her 4th #1. I would love if Lily Allen did it too.
