Well if you look at old clips of her when she was a kid from back in the late 80's and early to mid 90's she was soo passionate about perfroming and singing. And you are right shes already a pop legend and i really dont know what more to say lol :)

Well damn i dunno what to say in response, but you would make britney cry big tears. Shes 27 and will be 28 in december, shes been through so much she really does love her fans. She's just not that good of a singer so she mimes. Her dream has always been to become a singer and a perfromer. She grew up listening to janet,madonna,paula,debbie gibson etc etc and the lighnin,stage production,explosions.magic tricks & clowsn are enough to distratc you from the fact that she doesn't sing live. Seroulsy Grimly you should go see britney live (you dont have to tell yor friends) you might enjoy it alot and maybe undertsand where her fans are coming from and why the love her sooo much. I would not spend money seeing britney but im sure she puts on one hell off a show eventhough she mimes.She is Britney Spears a future pop legend who paved the way for the the likes of miley cyrus,ashley tisdale,demi lovato and many of the other disney teen singer of today.

I remember when britney came out back in 1998 with "Baby One More Time" i serioulsy never understood the hype around that song at all.It was an absolute massive hit song world wide. Jessica's "I Wanna Love You Forever" and Christina's "Genie In A Bottle" was soooo much better to me.

10 years ago people were calling xtina & jessica britney wannabe.......oh how things have changed in terms of music & vocally. Britney is the least credible of the 3....oh wait maybe she above jessica simpson but thats it.

Britney may have low self esteem when it comes to singing live and her live vocals. Britney has said in the past that she knows shes not the best singer in the world. Shes an Icon her name alone is whats selling the concert. Plus she is a legend in the making.

if she sang live the reviews would be worse and they would say she's a terrible singer. I think that they prefear being criticised for the playback instead of being criticised for bad singing abilities, which would be worse...

Britney just need more confidence in her vocie because she's not that bad vocally. As long as she knows her limitation when it comes to belting it out and stepping out of her comfort zone.

Pink may not have achived as much as britney or sold as much as her. But people still take her waaaay more seriosuly as a "Vocalist" and songwriter than they will ever take britney.Britney seems like a manufatrued "Pop Product" to the general people outside her fan base. Pink on the other hand seem more real in her music and way more mature too as as well as xtina.

I believe pinks album is alredy at platinum status in america.... Chartaddict. And pink is more resptected and have got more "Credibility" than Miss Spear will ever have.
