I love "Obsessed". I'm pretty sure it's better than anything on her last record, even though "Migrate" and "Side Effects" were hot. If there's any justice, this song will go top ten, at the very least. #7 Rhythmic #14 Urban #28 Urban AC #38 Pop This is continuing to take off on radio. This looks like it is on it's way to top 5 on Rhythmic real soon so Pop should start jumping on the bandwagon shortly.

Two of my favourite artists, but this round goes to Mariah. Em's diss is a little juvenille, and his effort seems desperate. Oh, and it feels great to see Mariah has the lead on a poll promoted by z100. ;)

Well, I for one am looking forward to Orton v. Cena, although I was hoping they'd save it for Mania next year. The two biggest stars in the company should headline one of the big PPVs. I'm just ridiculously thankful it's not Orton v. HHH in Hell in a Cell which was the original plan. I'm guessing that'll be saved for the actual HIAC event in October, as I'm sure the program will continue. It's looking like it'll be DX v. Legacy at SSlam. Now that is lame. How many more times are we going to see DX reunite? It was cool back in 2006, but this is beyond stale. I was excited about seeing Shawn Michaels again, but they're only going to bury Legacy even further. It's going to be Spirit Squad part II. ;)

Wow, poor Jordin. However you want to coat it, those U.S. album numbers are extremely disappointing. "Battlefield" hasn't flopped and is on course to reach the top 10 on Pop, so there's no excuse. Hopefully it's a consistent seller, I guess...

I love Yeezy, but he's delusional. LOL. He's a huge star, no doubt, but I don't think any recent pop star has had an impact similar to that of Michael Jackson. Justin may end up taking the crown, but he's not interested in making another album for a while so he may not exactly have the body of work. Anyway, I don't take him seriously, and I don't think anyone should. He always gets ripped on his ego, and I think he uses it to further publicity. His records are crazy (in a good way), though.

Unfortunately, it's not a song I see the UK embracing. The beat is really dark, even though the lyrics are simple fun wordplay. It's very urban, and if she couldn't get to #1 with "We Belong Together", it's not happening with "Obsessed" - no matter how much I love the track.

I hope, and think it's going to be on the "Precious" soundtrack, like Kelly. Perez Hilton sucks. Seriously, where is the confirmation that it's the new single? And is he completely unaware that "Obsessed" is growing rapidly on radio? Looking at the spin increase as it is now, this will definitely reach a new peak on the BB Hot 100. Increased radio performance = more sales. It's as if the world's gone crazy calling "Obsessed" a flop. It may, randomly, hit a brick wall and stall, but until then people need to stop making this stupid assumption without acknowlegding it's growth.

This CAN'T be the next single? "Obsessed" is gaining HARD on all formats now (continuing to take off on Pop) and it's weeks away from reaching it's peak, so I can't see this being the new single. It will be a major error on the part of IDJ, as patience is definitely a virtue in this case.

Punk was awesome, but he deserved to deliver such a promo in front of a crowd that wasn't dead. PPV was good. Nothing felt that special, to be honest, but it was good. Hardy's win was definitely a swerve, as he's obviously signed a contract extension through to Summerslam. Orton going over was OK, but he's just a stale champion, now. Who is there for Orton to feud with now? A returning Shawn Michaels? Please, I don't want to see ANOTHER Orton v. HBK match. I dig Maryse, but she shouldn't be working matches longer than 5 mins. That absolutely KILLED the crowd. Michelle v. Melina was better than I expected, but I don't get what's so special about McCool. WWE want to promote her as the top Diva heel but I'd MUCH rather watch Maryse (who's an inferior worker) as at least she shows personality that's not so contrived.

Blasphemy! ;) "Million Dollar Bill" is being sent to Pop radio this week, according to Richard Palmese.

I'd agree she has no musical identity. The label promoted her in a more mature manner with "Battlefield" but some of the tracks on the record are still so "Disney". Like you said, she's still terribly young so there's plenty of time for her to work this out.

I love "Whatchulookinat"! ^_^ Anyway, "I Look To You" is apparently the official single that will be sent to all Urban formats, whereas "Million Dollar Bill" will be released to Pop. I think having two singles released is a good idea. Hell, "I Look To You" has even gained spins on Pop, so it's a nice song to re-introduce her to the music world.

I think "The One" is really hot. It's banging in a club, that's for sure. Production is crisp, but I always thought it was "third single" material. I'm not feeling "Stronger" though. I love MJB but I hope this isn't another record about her struggles through life, as we've had enough of that now. Based on the album title, however, it looks as if it's going to be another chapter of the dramas in her life. Either way, I'm always pumped for Mary.

Just to point out, Rihanna is on the chorus, but she does not have more lines than Jay-Z and if you think otherwise, you're crazy. Her part is the most memorable because she sings the hook, but Jay's flow is still strong. Ye's verse is pure genius, too.
