  1. To me, it feels like streaming and the way music is consumed nowadays has a lot to do with how much new pop acts struggle to break through. For instance, I can't picture a pop artist like Pixie Lott having hits in 2019 like she had back in the day. You hardly ever see pop dominating Spotify Top10 like we had on iTunes (especially aroud this time of the year, where XFactor, Xmas and all major pop releases dominated the charts). Also, can't remember any other pop act past 2014 who's made any big impact worldwide like Ariana did.
  2. This is mad. I love the song! Video is boring as hell, but whatever. I have the single on repeat this morning and I've just come to realise how much I've missed his voice.
  3. I'm happy for Fleur! It's rising in a quiet yet acceptable pace so yes, as someone said before, once radios start playing it I can see it being Top20.
  4. Just found out mine was also Mama Do!
  5. Ooooh never thought of that! I'm gonna have to check this one out and will post mine later!
  6. Is Madonna REALLY at #1, #2 and #4???
  7. The thing is post-album singles normally peak on their official release week due to having multiple formats and versions. His point was that even with all those formats and versions, both 1D e JLS singles didn't peak on their release week, but in the following weeks (I'm not sure when they peaked, though).
  8. Gentleman by The Saturdays at #14 and Psy's Gentleman at #41 on the same week. Far from Top3/2/1, but oh well...
  9. #6 or #7? Quite optimistic. And MASSIVE YAY for KINGMAN.
  10. They are on Daybreak tomorrow. Given their lack of estability, I predict they'll be lucky to debut Top15.
  11. Was 'Home' released this week? I cannot believe it isn't going to at least reach T40...
  12. Surprised at Olly being almost Top5 combined and The Saturdays back in the Top40. Guess they'll hang around the charts a lot longer than I'd imagined.
  13. P!nk's at #72 with her NOW version and The Saturdays are at #112.
  14. Let’s Get Ready to Rumble decreasing... I wouldn't rule out a second week for Saturdays especially with multiple versions also charting (NOW and Sean Paul-less).
  15. I couldn't find the song on iTunes...
  16. 1 The Saturdays What About Us (feat. Sean Paul) 1.0000000000 2 One Direction One Way or Another (Teenage Kicks) 0.5312500000 Still pulling away!
  17. When was it ever?
  18. 1 The Saturdays - What About Us (feat. Sean Paul) 1.0000 1.0000 2 One Direction - One Way or Another (Teenage Kicks) 0.8125 0.8125 Is this gap real?
  19. 29. The Saturdays - What About Us (feat. Sean Paul)
  20. 236. The Saturdays - What About Us (feat. Sean Paul)
  21. WHY always has to go wrong with Saturdays releases!!! Correct me if I'm wrong but won't all EP pre-order sales + the single sales count towards the week ending in 7 minutes??? F*** me
  22. I don't understand why people are saying The Saturdays are contenders for #1 next week. Do you seriously think they might get around 60k on their first week? No freaking way. They'll be lucky enough to land anywhere close to the Top5.
  23. They have Alan Carr on Friday next week so that might help the single hold up quite a bit and not fall out of the Top10 within the first 5 days of release.
  24. Little Mix did 210k
  25. Olly's debut sold over 760k.
