Mike began his career at Kirshenbaum & Bond in NYC, where he simultaneously tried this hand in both the advertising and entertainment industries, writing taglines for several feature films including Boogie Nights, Happiness and The Avengers. This 3-year period culminated just before leaving K&B when he (along with former creative partner Tom Kuntz) were featured in VARIETY Magazine's "Gotham 50" of 1998, which recognized the top fifty New Yorkers to watch in the entertainment industry in the coming year. From there, Maguire went on to MTV to become writer/director where he produced hundreds of commercials for shows - most notably, the MTV Video Awards featuring Ben Stiller, The Wu-Tang Clan, Madonna, Marilyn Manson & Dave Grohl of The Foo Fighters, as well as the MTV Movie Awards featuring Samuel Jackson - which gained considerable national and international attention. Based on the success of his work at MTV, Maguire decided to pursue directing full-time, joining Propaganda Films in 1999 and MJZ in 2001. To date, he has directed a number of well-known commercials for brands such as BUDWEISER, FOX SPORTS, NIKE and VOLKSWAGON, to name just a few. He has also worked on worked on music video projects, in particular; the acclaimed "Frontier Psychiatrist" video for The Avalanches, which was one of 3 finalists for BEST VIDEO OF THE YEAR at the CAD's (the U.K.'s premier video award show) and "DANGER! HIGH VOLTAGE!" video for Detroit's Electric Six, which features vocals from Jack White of the White Stripes. The song entered the UK charts at #2 and Tom Jones has been quoted as saying that it is his favorite video. Maguire has received numerous awards for his work, including One Show, Cannes and British D&AD. He has also been featured in Archive Magazine, RES Magazine and Rolling Stone.

I'm a bit pissed off that none of the live streamed concerts are going to be available in the UK, not even MK. You'd think i'd be able to get it on my super new Robbie Williams special edition w300i but nope. Not Happy

Oh don't be sorry, it's my choice, i'm not gutted at all, i've seen him in MK before , don't have any wish to do it again. Having said that, i'm sure he'll be brilliant and those people who are going will have a great time.

I had level 1 seating for two Wembley gigs so they were changed to Gold Circle tix, i'm not using them though, I sold them to friends.

Of course everything will be fine, because you'll only hear reports from the people who post on the boards who think everything he does is remarkable, even if it means treating the fans like $h!t, and most of them will have bought Gold Circle tickets anyway.

How do you know how far the GA ticket holders will be away from from the stage, no two gigs are the same, there's no guarantee that they'll get into the Gold Circle They should have been told of the situation by the ticket companies You're comparing the obsessed fans with the normal everyday fan who goes to one gig per tour, they're not going to accept being $h!t on just so that they can be within a mile of him

I spoke to a group of 12 girls this week who were planning to drive overnight to MK, a journey of about 5 hours from where I live, to begin queuing at about 5am in the hope of getting front row. They have GA tickets and had no idea that there would be a Gold Circle. The seating issue is another thing, and as I said, it was all very badly handled
